Чисто, спокійно, 5 метрів від входу зупинка трамваю, що їде до центра, їздить дуже часто. 20 метрів від входу зпунка автобусів/тролейбусів, які їздять ще частіше

Спосіб контакту. Подзвонити, коли приїдемо це добре, але без локальної сім-карти складно, тож варто було б щось вигадати. Що можна написати на What's app дізналися методом проби

Atrašanās vieta. Personāls pie izrakstīšanās(jauns puisis, uz jautājumiem atbildēja un bija laipns).

Personāls pie ierakstīšanās(sieviete gados, košļāja košļeni, laipnības nekādas, uz jautājumiem neatbildēja, tikai savu sakāmo pateica un viss). Tv signāls bija ļoti vājš. Bija diezgan vēss dzīvoklis, bija auksti.

Prima waar voor relatief weinig geld. Ik had een kamer aan de achterkant dus niet zoveel last van de drukke weg, dat maakt veel uit. Douche en bed zijn prima.

Lastig om een raam te openen voor frisse lucht vanwege dan geluidsoverlast drukke weg. Heb daarom badkamerraam geopend. Daardoor kwam er onder de deur genoeg frisse lucht binnen.

Nice flat. Have most of the stuff what you need it.

Didn’t had a wardrobe, or more kitchen utensils. Especially if you staying longer. No where to put your clothes. Just on sofa or back in your suitcase.

Double Bed was very hard , pressure in the shower was acting up and didn’t give constant flow of water Had some holes in the walls and in doors , windows not cleaned from outside so can’t see through them

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The place is horrible. The noise is incredible loud, there is a but stop at your window and the wall and very thin. The sheet and the blanket did smell like dirty socks. The page is not very clear which room you will get it, so if you decide to rent a place here, Lord have mercy of your sleep and soul, be VERY carefull and check your photos,

Room was fine, also the bathroom was clean.

Beds were bad. Free parking turned out not to be. You should have reserved in advance, which was not clear how to do. Free parking was impossible to get on arrival, although there were free spaces. We were instead offered parking (same parking space as the "free parking") at 10€ per night. When we checked in, the person showing us the facilities never showed or mentioned that there is a shared kitchen available. Overall, the service resembled old Soviet type of approach.

The tram and busses stops right next to the appart. The staff was helpful (but there is always room to improve 😜)

It was a bit of a challenge to go to the 3rd floor, as we had a buggy( the building is pre elevators era)

The location is not the best for those who want to explore Riga's center and old town, yet it is still easy to get there. We were lucky to get a room with windows facing the yard and not the busy street. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was nice.

No hair dryer.

Nice and old high rooms. Everything was olddated but spotless.

We had a car and it was quite hard to get in to parking spot. Yard is VERY small and full of cars, and also you need to wait in street that they open electronic gate. There you can easily stuck the traffic and at same time tram-traffic. Other option is parkering on sideways which is either good option. Pillows was like bag full of potatoes, not very comfy.

It was possible töö park Carl for free.

Apartment was very poor

Great value for money. Has all the facilities you want, you get what you pay for.

Spacious rooms for eating, sleeping and good size bathroom. Very pleased with washing machine as an option in the flat, although i did not need to use.

Not clean in certain areas and not been able to watch TV with good signal quality and not many channels like news or English channels. Also, the fridge and freezer wasn't working.

Great location with easy transport.

They were two beds however only one set of linen.

Host helped us with check-in, provided keys and as well, gave hair dryer. Apartment is clean and small, absolutely the same as on pictures

The room was clean and the shower was very good.

I asked for 2 single beds but the beds were stuck together, also the bed slats were broken and it was a bit uncomfortable.

there was quite a lot of free space so the room didn't feel crampy. There were also bus stations nearby. Rooms were generally clean except for some kitchen wares (pot had smell) and a bit of mold in the bathroom.

The place is quite far from the oldtown so getting there is a bit of a hassle (stations nearby nevertheless). One of the beds was also creaking which did disturb the sleep during the night.

Location was very convenient. Easy communication.

Cleanness wasn't at high level although couldn't expect more for such a price.
