The room was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking area fills quickly so get there early if you can. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants in Lonsdale Street.

The bed was very soft which isn't to our liking. I wouldn't describe it as an apartment -it was a small hotel room. No table to sit at in the room. there was some seating in a lobby area but it was quite dark.

The receptionist was very friendly & helpful.

The cleanliness of the room & road noise.

It is so near the centre of Canberra and as we like to walk around a city and not drive so that we can enjoy a meal, it was ideal. The balcony gave us a good view over a park and the kitchen would make an extended stay very easy.

I think we really liked it. Someone who doesn't like taking lifts, or prefers a more "motel" experience, may not want this style, but the car park has such easy access.

The apartment was very clean, had good water pressure in the shower, lots of cupboard space and a comfy bed.

All parking spots were taken every night, I ended up parking quite far away from the hotel

Convenient location. Reasonable rates. Rooms were relatively modern and clean. Complimentary mini Kitkats in fridge a nice touch.

Stayed Friday to Monday. Foyer, Elevator and Hallways were very dirty and never cleaned at any stage. Foyer rug was never vacuumed. Elevator carpet never cleaned. Grime on buttons. Third floor area near elevator: Brass handrails had disgusting finger prints and dust. Carpets dirty. Spider webs in window. Hallways: dirty and never vacuumed. Dark carpet only made it look more gloomy and dirty. Fridge in room. Whenever you tried to open the door the fridge would slide out of its enclosure. Cutlery: Only very, very bare essentials supplied. Extra couple of spoons and forks would have been appreciated.
