Buffet break and location. We had beautiful view of the park with magnificent autumn color from our room. I was also given a bonus pamper bag from a gentlement at reception upon checking out on Mother's day which was very sweet! Thank you

Convenient to city. Breakfast was delicious staff were extremely friendly and professional.

The bed. We have stayed at this property quite a few times but this time the mattress was horrible and our heads were lower than our feet.

Good central location in Civic (Canberra CBD), short walk to shops, restaurants and lake, short drive to main Canberra attractions. Parking underneath hotel for a fee - standard in central Canberra. Room older in style but functional, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

Huge queue at breakfast for the buffet. We went to a nearby cafe instead which was half the price.

This is the 12th time we stayed at the hotel. It is an amazing hotel, in Canberra centre. The breakfast is quite good and the staff are amazing. It is truly their people in Crowne Plaza Canberra which makes us come back every time.

The bathrooms are quite dated and can use an uplift.

Clean, all the staff were friendly and polite.The buffet breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The red salt restaurant did an excellent ragú and my daughter loved her cheeseburger kids meal. Many thanks to all the hotel staff, we will be back for sure!

The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and it is located in the downtown of the city. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and cost-friendly.

The parking situation was terrible. They over allocated parking for the limited spaces they had. After a lot of messing around and inconvenience we were told to go to the parking area next door. This was not acceptable as we wanted easy access to our car for loading and unloading our luggage. As older travellers this experience soured our stay at this hotel.

While the staff were friendly, it seems the Crown primarily hires Asian staff. I believe the staff should reflect the diverse multicultural diversity that Canberra possesses, not just Asian. This suggests that other nationalities might be overlooked for employment at the Crown due to their skin colour.

Buffet breakfast was good. Location was central, easy walking to shops, restaurants and casino.

Room had too little storage no drawers and half the hanging space unusable. Bathroom was dated. Parking was tight and not well signposted. Booked room for 3 but only 2 cups, glasses and after having a third sent up housekeeping removed the third and didn’t replace it despite us leaving a note.

A traditional hotel, meeting all needs for the price. The room is clean, comfortable and has a green view of the large park, I really like this. The receptionist was very friendly and let us leave our luggage half a day after checking out. The hotel is located next to the shopping and dining center, just a 3-minute walk for comfortable entertainment.

This is an old hotel, so the equipment is very old (it's not dirty or broken but outdated), especially the bathroom. The hotel's buffet breakfast is quite poor, it's not bad but there aren't too many options.

the location of the hotel is convenient - close to the city centre. Breakfast had good options. I liked that there were a few options that were suitable for a halal diet. More variety would be even better.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated and cramped. The bar fridge was not working properly.

The air conditioning was not working properly, it would turn itself off multiple times overnight . It became very hot and stuffy during the night. This lead to multiple wake ups to turn the air conditioner back on.

Absolutely nothing

I waited 40 minutes for a steak, the restaurant was empty. After I questioned them, they went to check the kitchen and advised it would be another 5 minutes. We ordered room service for some ice, it took over 30 minutes to arrive. They have parking downstairs which is so small and tight, reception gave me a card to use to exit which didn’t work, I had to pay $30. The beds were uncomfortable, every family we travelled with complained about their sleep. I will definitely not stay here in future nor recommend.

My room had a good A/C, staff was very helpfull

Office chair in my room had the material damage and dirty. at the restaurant they offer me a coffee,. but never come also merchant charges should be absorbed by the hotel.
