The apartment was beautiful and spacious, the facilities were exceptional. It is also close to the city and ANU.

Full one-bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and great location close to the city centre. Property was as described and came with access to secure parking. Communication from host was clear and accessible. Overall, a great value stay.
There was no face-to-face staff interaction/reception. This apartment rental is not a hotel as per the description. This was not a problem for me but could be for others.

The location is great. Walking distance to 2 restaurant areas, City and Braddon. we were able to keep the rooms warm. hvaing 2 separate bathrooms was great. I would recommend if you are driving that you book the parking.

Great location and very comfortable bed
Unfortunately the balcony was off limits because of construction but we were aware of that before we traveled

No idea, couldn’t even get into the building.
If you book this property be aware that the ‘after hours emergency number’ is unmonitored. We arranged a Sunday check in, but when we were unable to access our room, no one answered our calls at all (even after 24 hours once the office had reopened). We were forced to book another hotel at short notice.

The unit is not located in the address that I booked so needed some expectation adjustment but it actually turned out to be perfect.

The apartment was spacious and and comfortable, and the location was great for walking into the CBD. The 2 car parking space was a welcome surprise.
The entire apartment is starting to show its age a little, and cleanliness was just acceptable. The air con unit in the main bedroom didn’t work correctly (no heating function) but electric heaters were provided for each of the bedrooms.

Location was the only thing that was okay.
The apartment was nothing like what was advertised, it was filthy, with mould around the windows and doors, dirty kitchen floors, cupboards and counters, bathroom was the same. Furniture old, faded and stained. Air conditioner so loud, you couldn’t hear anything else. Really bad.

I loved how big the apartment was and the location
How small the tv was and that it wasn’t a smart tv. Not that it’s a big deal at all but with two young kids it would have helped at night time

It was difficult to connect all the lamps and electric blankets only having 1 powerboard in the bedroom.

The apartment was very dirty. Mess under lounge, shower not cleaned, pubic hair under toilet seat, windows and mirrors not cleaned and mould on bedroom windowsill

Dirty and Disappointing
We booked a two bedroom apartment and upon arrival it appeared clean. Within the next few hours we noticed many issues. Heaters did not work, unsecured toilet roll holder, rubbish under the beds, a bedroom window that would not close, blinds hanging off their runners. I could go on and on. Upon contacting the company they came and fixed some of the issues and via email explained that it was the previous tenants? They also said that they would contact me via phone to discuss and get the cleaners back. This never happened.
Disappointment is an understatement, luxury and executive is a HUGE overstatement. This company rents out multiple units and the photos they have online did not remotely resemble the unit we rented.

Apartment was clean and had all necessaries . Do I say there was no shampoo but 2 lots of body gel .The kettle couldnt open lid to refill it but we coped.
It started with the lock box claiming to have a key pad but really it was like Braille and I had to cope with pressing either a 1 dot or 2 or 3 or 5 to create a code..
The next challenge was the car park and finding our apartment number. The numbers were not consecutive and the driveway wound down with side arms too. On the way out there are no EXIT signs at all so lots of frustration .
The door key was stiff and luckily a man came to help after ringing the City apartments letter. he was great .

Great amenities inside the apartment. Oven and washing machine and dryer were great. Easy self check in. Great location close to wide range of restaurants

- Location was great, 10 mins walk to the shops and restaurants. Right in front of the light rail as well.
- Nice view, you could see the mountains
- Good kitchen, with everything you need for a good stay
- First morning we woke up by the building manager knocking our door and then entering the apartment since they needed to change the intercom in every unit. It would have been great if the owners of the apartment could have told us beforehand.
- Next door neighbour was playing music loudly every morning between 7am-7.30am

The bed is a critical component in accommodation. The bed was like sleeping on a road and pillows like sleeping on a brick.
