The chap at reception was smiling and helpful - always a good start. The room was amazingly spacious and the kitchen equipped with all the necessities. We didn't need it this trip, but good to see a washer and drier in the apartment. It was well worth paying extra for parking under the building (limited number of spaces, so best to book). We were worried our dual cab ute wouldn't fit or negotiate the space, but it did. Location was excellent - right in the middle of the city, close to a major shopping mall and plenty of takeaway food places etc within an easy walk.
Would prefer not to be woken up at 7am by a street cleaner wielding a leaf blower, but I guess that comes with the mid city location. If we'd been unable to get on-site parking it would have been a major hassle to park blocks away.

The location was perfect for shopping & dinning out in Canberra . The room was comfortable . Bed was really good .
Not much parking available we were lucky to arrive late & got a park outside in car park .

Very well equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, good sized bathroom. Large picture window overlooking leafy pedestrian mall - no night noise. Location excellent, great value for money.
V small table and weird chairs for dining - but we were hardly there so that didn't matter unduly.

Total stuff up by booking.com meant that 2 hotels got booked and I was charged DOUBLE
Have wasted over 20 hours ringing this hotel and booking.com to get it sorted.

It was in a very convenient location, so I don't need to drive out to pick up some food. The room was clean and in great condition. The staff at the reception was friendly.
The parking entry is very narrow so it was challenging to get in and out of the building. It would be great if this is made more accessible. Parking fee is on the expensive side.

Shower pressure wasn't very good for the studio apartment.
Wasn't very soundproof if ppl are talking in the hallway. There was a joint room door but luckily we couldn't hear anything in the next room.

Didn't have breakfast but had a great Korean egg toast sandwich at an excellent coffee shop nearby. Loved the central location in Canberra. We were able to complete our Christmas shopping and even do some Karaoke in the evening. Great to have a kitchen and microwave too

Great location, clean, friendly staff.
No handwash provided. The folder provided had an entire page dedicated to explaining how clean and hygienic the place is, yet there was no handwash. I had to ask reception for more body to use instead. And yet they still provided
body LOTION?! I don’t use body lotion, I don’t even know what it is, but there is that and no handwash?! bizarre and needlessly inconvenient.
