Routes is a well facilitated hotel with lovely American breakfast. Rooms are compact but have enough amenities to run with. Routes Inn is about 2.5 Km away from Nakatsugawa JR rail station or bus stop but the location is far better than station area, I personally liked the location. There are infrequent bus services until nearest bus stop Tegano eki Mae. One aspect to consider, last bus leaves at 18 15 from station so if you are late, take taxi which would be of 1600 Yen.

Though Nakatsugawa has Infrequent bus services, I really expected Routes to have station pick up and drop services especially during odd hours. Of course, it’s about 1600 Yen to reach station but when we talk about facilities that is something they can look forward to improve.

Bed is very comfortable. The cleanliness and free coffee in the lounge.

Very thin wall, could hear the noise from next door room. Public bath is small.

Clean and tidy and all you could need.

A bit out of Tienes and the rooms were quite small considering the location
