Location for us was ideal. Staff lovely, helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and tidy, restaurant very good. Needs a little love. Great value for money.

Warm room. Clean, comfortable bedding. Ironing board and iron in the room itself. Nice touch to have tea cake and biscuit on arrival and replenished when it was eaten! Decent sized bathroom with toiletries. Quality breakfast, good value for money. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Friendly staff, new and very clean bathroom, nice shower. Bed and other furniture was a bit dated, but comfortable and clean.

Some rooms have view of the car park, there was only one big light in the room that you could dim, but no bedside lights.

Really good breakfast choices, lovely staff, nice hotel, love the heated mirror in the bathrooms that don't steam up.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, staff friendly and food good. We enjoy staying here as it is very central and there is always a nice atmosphere.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The room was absolutely freezing and it wasn’t a cold winters night. The radiator made no difference.

Very clean and spacious room, good shower and bed. Restaurant dinner was excellent as was breakfast. We are away from home for a long time and have heavy luggage so I really appreciated the ground floor room.
