A beautiful location with its own grounds. Bishop Bay cottage is simply delightful. The decor and furnishings are unique and of superior quality right down to the complimentary white company toiletries. The outdoor seating with fire pit opens onto the lawn which in turn leads down to the loch and a delightful water front setting. Comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are downstairs with the open plan living area upstairs and a first floor balcony overlooking the gardens. The price is justified by the quality of the accommodation. Air conditioning would be a welcome addition during hot weather as it does get a little warm upstairs although we were particularly blessed with hot weather during our stay. First class accommodation in a beautiful location which makes this years staycation a wonderful experience.

Absolute perfect location at the shores of Loch Leven with great views of the surrounding hills. The cottage is new and very well appointed and you can directly access the shores of the Loch from the garden. Great walks and other activities in the direct area. And even during bad weather (storm Dennis) the cottage is a lovely place to hang out.
