地點很方便，有機場線、地鐵5/6/京義線，9號出口上來就是飯店，8號出口也在旁邊，每天玩得很累時不用多走很多路就可以回到房間休息很棒。附近還有E-MART跟樂天超市、Olive Young跟很多餐廳及當地美食，超級讚!

熱水在晚上時有時候水量會偏小，可能是大家同時都在使用的關係?

日本語対応できる方がフロントにいた事。セブイレブンもwowpassの機械も付いていて駅直通で便利。

部屋の照明が暗すぎるのと、シャワーの水圧が弱すぎました。

공덕역 9번출구 바로 이어져 이동하기 좋았어요 직원분이 샤워부스가 좋은지 욕조가 좋은지 물어보시고 룸 배정해주셨네요 체크인 전 및 아웃 후 여행가방 맡길 수 있어서 편하게 다녔어요

조식은 생각보다 별로였고 동선이 길어서 음식 담기가 불편했어요 룸안에 문이 하나 더있는데 비상문같기도 하지만 옆방과 연결되어있는 듯 보였고 문에 아무 표시가 없어서 비상구인지 알면서도 좀 불안했어요

The hotel has an excellent location right next to the metro and near lots of good restaurants. It’s easy to access both of Seoul’s airports. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The convenience store on site is useful for charging metro cards etc.

The hotel charges for early check in and we had to pay for a full hour for just thirty minutes early check in. This is complimentary in most good hotels if a room is available. The rooms are quite dark.

I loved the friendly staff, very clean room and service provided was excellent. Our towels were always changed, bed made and garbage always removed! The stay was amazing! The hotel rooms were street front but there was no noise, it was comforting to sleep and little to no noise.

It’s not a negative at all, just a personal preference for the pillows to be a bit more sturdy.

Good room and facility.

Staffs manners are very poor. He did not speak nicely to me. I travel a lot and never meet such a poor manner staffs. For example, when I asked the staff to call me a taxi to airport and said "please, I am in a hurry", the staff(guy) feel being push and is not happy and reply "I am trying to help you by using app to call a taxi for you", he almost said "do not push me". Actually, there are two staffs who speak not nice to me, the hotel manager needs to look into this issue seriously. For this issue alone I would never come back to stay here again and would advise all my friends not to stay here either. This is not I would expect from a Four-star hotel. The check out is too early 11:00 am compared to most others hotel at 12:00 pm.

Amazing hotel, super stylish, easy check in. Amazing beds! Cleaned daily and a great location too.

Nothing loved it!

ロケーションが素晴らしい。地下鉄の駅からほぼ直結！レセプションの方は日本語対応してくださいました。部屋の清潔感や広さも満足のいくものでした。高層階の部屋だと眺めも良い。コンセントの数が多くて助かりました。ホテル内に売店もあり、歯ブラシ等買えます。
