I liked the location. Its 5min from Incheon airport Terminal 1. The room was big and spacious. The staff was very helpfull. Guest Service was excellent. They gave extra complimentary water and free room service after I mentioned my concerns about my breakfast experience. I love swimming pools in Western tower, it has a wonderful resting area and masseuse was very gentle and careful.

I have ordered room service at 3am(breakfast), after a long and stressful night at the airport. Was tired and hungry, ordered Western breakfast, waited for 140minutes -2 hrs maybe more before food was ready. Not sure what the odds are, and how busy kitchen is ussualy at that time. Anyway, food arrived, and was disappointed. As it was cold, the presentation was not 5 stars. Potoatoes and beans were cold, eggs a bit runny, and most bread tasted dry and few days old. Bacon was supr cold and not separated but stuck as a pile of old leftovers. Food presentation was below average, it looked like leftovers were thrown on the plate. I have stayed in Hayat in other countries, quality was waaaay better there. I have ordered mushrooms wich comes with pesto paste and duck ham. Duck ham was overcooked and looked burnt and dry.

Kei Lee the manager provided exceptional customer service. He professionalism was top notch. Jaden Kim the restaurant manager ensured my dining experience was incredible. I will stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

Comfortable, spacious king suite for one adult with three kids. For families with multiple children, note that there was only one bed suitable for two adults or one adult and two young kids. Had to get a roll away bed for my older child. Great breakfast included. Very easy to take the shuttle between the hotel and airport.

A number of facilities were closed or limited because we stayed mid-week, including the children's playroom and swimming pool. We had to buy swim caps in order for the kids to swim in a lap pool.

Amazing hotel that’s 5 mins away from the airport by free shuttle bus! Excellent accommodations! I will be coming back if ever need an hotel near to Incheon.

In the communication they refer that the shuttle is from gate 3C, however you don’t find it easily. From T1 Head to exit 3 and follow the sign. Once you cross the street you will find the bus stops for all the shuttle buses

The Grand Hyatt Incheon is an upscale airport hotel. Fabulous breakfast, spacious rooms and very conveniently close to the airport (including shuttle service). It is what you expect from a Grand Hyatt.

The hotel is spread over two buildings next to each other connected by a bridge. Not a big deal but each of them does have a very distinct different feel.
