No lift. We were allotted an attic room three floors above. Lugging two heavy suitcases up and down the three flights of stairs was nightmarish.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation and location. Fabulous room, great staff and wonderful breakfast. The coffee and chocolate selection in the room was a nice touch.

The only point to make is that it was quite hot in the room, but there was a fan but given the unprecedented temperatures last week it was hardly surprising it was not as comfortable as usual. This is not something that would usually be an issue for British weather, however. I should have closed my blind on arrival which would have helped keep the room cooler. But regardless I had a fabulous stay.

Our room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom though quite cosy was great. The staff deserve special mention, especially Matthew, for being so helpful and making our trip extra special. The hotel is right across from Olympia so it was really easy to hop over after breakfast. The food downstairs was delicious and well worth a try - the cooked breakfast was incredibly good! We can’t wait to be back next year!

Some parts of the room could do with a refresh but it’s so clean you can look past it.

this was a fab hotel. best we stayed at in London. the rooms were gorgeous, food was great. location fab for us. I came in from Heathrow on the underground so being within walking distance of that train line was brilliant. we like to walk in London so it was far enough that we enjoyed that but near enough to the city centre the you don’t feel to far from everything. all staff were absolutely lovely and we will definitely stay again.

it wasn’t a problem for us but it was a little noisy from the pub early evening but that was part of the charm of staying in a pub

Breakfast was amazing, just as other reviewers said. We had a beautiful room with a separate dining area with a table and chairs, very convenient. I didn't get to test the bath but we will stay again in the future to try it out.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean and the bed a good size and comfy. Surprise beer in the fridge.

The bedroom was on the top floor and there is no lift. The room was too hot as there is no aircon but they have a fan. But we should have expected that for the price.

Staff is amazing and breakfast was really good. Location is in nice neighborhood and near public transport. View for our room was amazing! Although it represents classic british pub, sleeping in was peaceful, quiet and bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it! Hope to see you soon!

Bathroom could be repaired as drains were a bit clogged. Fridge in the room should be cooler.
