Close proximity to city, MRT station and friendly staff

no water in the room, price are a bit expensive, staff's no help to carry luggage.

Location of property is smacked in the centre of shopping, restaurants and MRT station.

Lift and common areas were dirty, asked to clean the room but instead they change the towels only. Staff at the reception counter was rude to one of my friends.

really convenient location. really love the buskers in the street as they sound amazing ( at 5th floor) up to 10pm

It is located within a few minutes walk from Ximen Station exit #6.

Photos and actual are totally different. Photo showed 2 lifts but 1 of the lift are for public access to Mala Hotpot restaurant on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Lift is totally disgusting with multiple vomit stain. Room is also very old. Bed is low and we can feel the spring on it. Pillow is full of lumpy cotton. The bathroom is elevated and will need to climb a 20cm step to access the bathroom. Very unsuitable for elderly. Toilet door is translucent and does not block off street light coming from signboards. Noise insulation is practically non existent. The blinds are also faulty defeating the purpose of a "room with window"

The location was ideal. The receptionist (male gentlemen) was really nice to help us get a private charter that could fit 9 pax (NT1000), which was cheaper than Uber on a Friday night (only by cash). He also helped us with the luggages and walked us to the charter. For your information: To find the hotel, go to Ximen Exit 6 and turn right. Look up and you’ll see the signboard of Timho Hotel. Left lift is recommended as it’s catered for hotel guests.

The floor was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned up for a while. Blanket sheet was smaller than blanket and it keeps coming out of the sheet. Definitely not soundproof as we could hear other rooms’ conversation and as seen in many reviews, we could hear the next room showering due to the water impact on the bathtub. The bathroom ventilation is connected with the lights and it gets really cold after you turned off the tap. Do note that they do not clean up the room for this period due to covid (as of 24 December 2022).

Bed was hard, made with single beds pushed together. Can feel the steel frame of the bed

Unbeatable location, just outside ximen station. Staff friendly and helpful

Bathrooms not the best. Lots of mould everywhere in the shower. Soundproofing not great, can hear lots of noise from the street below. Towels and sheets had small stains
