I like the location. The facility is clean. Staff are super awesome!

It had a separate bedroom and table and.chairs to eat at.
It was dirty. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom were unmopped, sticky and had food/drink stains. The stove top had been used to light cigarettes on and the oven was filthy.

Beds were comfortable, good location, staff were very friendly and apologetic
Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, cups were dirty, hadn't been vacuumed, there was a cockroach In the guest book in the room, use to be awesome would be good if it got back up to this standard.

I room was cleaned well and and location was close to the hospital where I needed to get to.
the fact that the house across the street was getting moved, that happened in the wee hours of the morning and was a little annoying. but nothing against the facility at all.

Room smelt fresh and the sheets were beautifully white and fresh.
The location suited our needs and there is a very nice Chinese take away and bakery a short drive away.
It could have more pots and kitchen equipment.

Our 'family room' was a large 3 bedroom apartment with all amenities included. Large separate kitchen. Very big dining and living area. 2 double beds, 3 singles. A balcony overlooking the pool area. Nice and big. Perfect for our family.
It was a bit dated which contributed to the not so clean feeling. However, it was tidy. It was really hot up there. There was only 1 pedal fan so we all ended up dragging the mattresses out to the lounge so we could all sleep with the fan for air flow.

Noise from the neighbors dogs. I know it's not the motels fault. All of the rooms back onto the same property and they have little yappy dogs.
Everything bout the property was great.
Highly recommend
When I first had confirmed booking was told pool was closed.
Management cleared up that and use of pool was available on arrival. Beautiful cold pool on a hot northland day.
