No issues with our stay at all. Like the close proximity to town, main road and shopping amenities. Sky TV etc etc Friendly manager, both units were clean and suited our purpose for coming up to Whangarei
Again no issues with the establishment. Very happy with our stay.

Nice spacious unit on ground floor. Comfortable bed. Had everything I needed.
Close to Kamo Road, so quite a lot of traffic noise. The units are getting a bit tired and dated. Everything is in working order though.

there was no lock on bathroom door the carpet looked unclean the spray used in the room was way too strong i could hardly sleep,felt there was no fresh air flow.

Comfortable unit in Whangarei in convenient location. Very handy to be able to bring my little dog when situation arises that I can't get him into kennels.

noisy, too close to busy road. the internet was unusable in the room because of poor signal. The manager claimed he didn’t know about the internet problem. Dishonest and didn’t care.

Toilet did not flush properly - toilet paper and waste required extra flushes, wasting water.
Noticed when turning the light on in the Toilet and basin area that the light fittings had dead insects - just needs cleaning out

Owner was lovely, friendly and felt comfortable right from the get go. Room was clean and tidy, beds nice and firm.

The bed mattress seriously needs to be replaced. This is way past its use by date.

Very cold top unit we had,I had told owner that heater wasn’t working and he told me how to do it and it still wasn’t working the next morning.
I approached him and he gave me a heater from another room so very disappointed that we left in a cold room overnight
Draft from front door and kitchen window , condensation was terrible this was quite noticeable
other than that had No choice but do with what we got 😢
