Vous allez adorer cette maison (Licensed Estes Park # 3501) - une maison chaleureuse, émouvante et artistique sur un beau terrain privé avec un soleil éclatant le matin et à la fin de la journée avec une faune abondante. Cette maison spacieuse (2400+ pieds carrés) est parfaite pour les artistes, les couples ou les familles avec un plan d'étage ouvert, de beaux plafonds en bois et poutres et une cheminée en ardoise pour des nuits agréables. Les caractéristiques de construction et d'ameublement durables / écologiques sont partout dans la maison.

Mike's home was perfect for our long weekend stay in Estes Park to celebrate our son's wedding. It was prestine and spacious, equipped with all the amenities that we needed, as well as beautiful views and the occasional wildlife.
We hope to return to Estes Park to enjoy the outdoor activities that it has to offer and would definitely stay at Mike's home again.

This was a lovely home in every way. We had plenty of room for our group of 7. The home was clean and we enjoyed the art, the layout of the home, and outside surroundings. Excellent experience!

Great property. The artwork was very nice and appreciated. Please note that there is not air conditioning in the house which really wasn’t a big deal considering we were gone all day and the house cooled off nicely at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Estes Park. We had 6 adults and plenty of room. Communication with the host was easy and he responded quickly to a couple of questions we had. Location was great as well. We would happily stay here again.

The home was okay for our short stay but needs some care and a bit better cleaning. Our issues were minor, but should not be issues when renting a home at this price:
Not all light bulbs worked or flickered
Bathroom toilet tissue holder fell off wall
Dog hair on couch and main rug
Wet towels found in washing machine
Door lock to patio jammed and door became unusable
Loose floorboard in kitchen
Screen door to patio needs to be replaced

This home was easy to get to. We found it to be very clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The owner of the property was easy to work with for any questions we had.

Great house for a stay in Estes Park and to visit RMNP. Location is in a residential area that’s a brief drive from the center of the town, and about 15 minutes from the Beaver Meadows park entrance, depending on traffic. Lots of wildlife to be seen while at the house. Deer were walking through the yard as we were on the patio, and a bear tried to get into the trash cans in the middle of the night once (it failed-trash cans were bear proof). House was clean and well equipped. Would stay there again.

The property was a great location!! Beautiful views of the Rocky mountains. We seen lots of wild life including a bear checking out the garbage can. The house was super clean and lots of space for everyone, Would definitely suggest this home.

This house is the perfect place to stay for a family in Estes Park! It was convenient and close to town and everywhere we wanted to go. The outside space was perfect to grill and eat outside. We had 3 teenage girls with us and they enjoyed the space as well. We highly recommend it!

The house was perfect for our stay. It is just as it is advertised. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, the house was very clean and in a very good location. In a nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to city park and our dogs loved the dog park and all the wildlife! Would definitely stay here again!

WE ARRIVED IN ESTES THE SAME DAY TRAIL RIDGE ROAD OPENED. THEHOUSE WAS CLEAN, ORDERLY, AND WELL STOCKED. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS VERY QUIET AMD WE ENJOYED WATCHING THE MULE DEER GRAZE. VERY RELAXING FAMILY GETAWAY, CONVENIENT TO PARK, FOREST TRAILS, AND DOWNTOWN ATTRACTIONS.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, close to town, had beautiful night sky, plenty of parking and large enough an accommodate the 8 of us without anyone compromising their privacy or rest. I would definitely book there again

The house was very comfortable, interestingly decorated, and extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The location was quiet, with a rural feel, but close to town. We woke to find four deer right outside the window. Mike was very easy to work with - good communication and he showed understanding and flexibility when our situation suddenly changed. We would not hesitate to return.

We slept 6 comfortably with a 7th on a couch. We entertained quite a few groups of family inside and outside on the patio comfortably. The strolls around the neighborhood golf course were beautiful. The elk visit periodically. It worked well for us.

This is the first time using VRBO and I'm glad we did. This property was clean with plenty of room for all of us. wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the house more. It was easy to find and we did not need to contact the property manager for anything.

The house and property was very nice. There was plenty of room for kids, parents and grandparents. We came in town for a wedding and were able to have a couple of small group dinners with the great outdoor space!

We spent the long Thanksgiving weekend here and our experience was great, house and grounds were nice, excellent communication with property manager. Deer an turkeys visited us every day, quiet and calm neighborhood. We would love to stay here again!!

We liked the home but didn’t expect the location to be in a neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice fireplace. The bedrooms on the side of the house with the front door were freezing while the master bedroom was so hot! And there was no privacy for the room with the French doors and hardly a curtain on it. Plus ice on the stairs made it very dangerous and should have been at least salted or sanded. Overall though it was a good stay it was just uncomfortable for sleeping.

Nice place but here are things that will keep us from going back. Master bed is very soft and uneven. After 4 nights we moved to the twin beds. Sofa is not comfortable in the living room and only internet tv is available. No firewood available for the fireplace. Some of the lamps do not work as well as some exterior lights. Master shower is difficult to control the water temperature. A handyman needs to go through periodically to check on things. Some previous dog damage especially to the master bedroom carpet and bath door. There is no space for toiletries in the baths except using the toilet seat. Perhaps a small cabinet that sits on the floor would be beneficial.

It is big! Lots of room for large groups, very nice kitchen and wonderful views from the living room and dining room. Plenty of towels, paper products, sheets etc. Five minutes from downtown. Very nice washer and dryer. The place is clean and smells good.
I visited with the owner and he is extremely nice.
Bottom line if you don’t sleep well then it can effect a vacation.

Master BR good size. Other 2 BRs a little small for adults. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Living room large, tv channels adequate. Saw elk, deer, and turkeys from windows in house.

The house was fantastic and comfortable. Great home base for enjoying Estes Park with our family and friends. Wildlife came right up to the property during mornings and before dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family found this house to be the perfect stay for our mountain vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and excellent views from the big windows. Amenities were plentiful. Owner was very responsive throughout the process. The location made for easy access to town, RMNP, and a park for our little ones. Highly recommend for families with all ages!
