Friendly staff great rooms and location

Easy to find and it’s location is perfect for town centre and the Hoe. Staff were very helpful.

Comfortable, spacious, clean well equipped and bright room. Friendly and attentive staff. Good breakfast. The hotel felt a very safe space. It was well located for our two night stay, close the the sea front, The Hoe and the Barbican area.

Walk upstairs to top floor after a few beers 😉🤣🤣🤣,not a major issue and wouldnt stop my wife and i staying at the Imperial again in the future.

Breakfast was excellent. Location of hotel was OK. The television did not have a signal but otherwise the room was fine.

There was no bar and the TV did not work. The room could have benefited from a comfortable chair.

Excellent location for our visit for a graduation ceremony.Excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too.

Insufficient hot water in the morning for our showers.

Breakfast was cooked to order, individually. Very nice. Every member of staff was genuinely friendly. Room very homely.

Room at the top of the house, with a number of very steep stairs to the room. The room could have done with a spruce up, it was tired looking with flaky paint. En suite was very small and difficult to move around in. The bar was shut completely. No hot water for the shower in the morning, this was mentioned to the receptionist who noted the complaint in a friendly and professional manner.

Reception on ariving was very good with parking easily arranged Breakfast was very good , plent of choice.

Bed was a bit hard for me

Beautiful building, really accessible for central Plymouth, spotlessly clean on arrival, very friendly and helpful staff. Warm welcome on check in. Room was perfect, lovely size, clean and cosy. Quiet room, comfy bed, lively hot shower, then a delicious breakfast with a great choice on offer in the morning. Again, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return. Thank you

Staff were brilliant from arrival until breakfast the next day & departure. Room was excellent & exceeded expectations. Cooked breakfast was prepared well & tasted delicious!

We have no negative criticism about the Imperial Hotel & our stay.

Very good breakfast, many choices. Staff were excellent. Rachel is a lovely lady and made us very welcome. We stayed before for 6 nights and came back for another 2. Highly recommen.

Parking can be very awkward, not a lot of room to manover

We had a beautiful smile greet us at the entrance, and from there everything followed on perfectly, thank you very much, we all enjoyed our stay with you

Breakfast was brilliant, cooked breakfast or cereal with coffee or tea, room was clean and quiet, bath room fittings do require fixing as some were loose and need some TLC.

Little awkward for parking

very friendly helpful staff- property convenient to the centre of Plymouth. Great choice of fresh fruit , yogurts as well as a variety of cooked breakfasts.

Great location, staff are really friendly and helpful. Accommodation is lovely, spacious, homely and very clean.

Staff helpful, friendly and attentive, always on hand and we felt that nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was clean, free parking onsite and breakfast was a good choice of fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast and toast. Great location for Plymouth Hoe and Barbican, short walk to the shops.

The staff are all so kind and Heuman. every things well taken care of. I’ve got sick and they were accept me kindly to stay longer than usual.
