I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, largely due to the exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, and great customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay other than the check-in process took a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes

Right from the room to the food everything was wonderful. Thank you to chef Johny Dabre and his team for taking good care of our food and the making sure we had a good meal

The view from the room could have been better The room was too far from the lift for my mother as she is 80plus

Location and decor

The Cesar’s salad was the worst we have ever eaten. Definitely needs to be taken off the menu or improved.

Clean rooms and great breakfast spread.

It was a fabulous 1 day experience and we will definitely like to go there again. I was connected with Tuba from the guest relations thorough out my booking and stay and made our stay very memorable. It was my 10th wedding anniversary surprise for my wife and she arranged specific colour balloons in the room as per my request and that too complimentary. The other complimentary aspect was that they steam ironed my wife's wedding gown on my request. Tuba also arranged an earlier checkin for us at 12 instead of 2 pm. I had selected the runway room and it was such an amazing sight to see the planes flying off at regular intervals during the day time. At night time you can't expect to see though. The room was just fabulous and top notch. The breakfast and 1 meal was part of the offer going through booking.com and the staff also mentioned that it is a good offer to go with. We were supposed to have the dinner as part of our package however thabks to the staff that they suggested to go with the brunch which had so many options and absolutely delicious food , so, for dinner we went with Ala carte. Breakfast again was top notch and we relished all the food. It was a gastronomical delight. Pool was also very good and it was a consistent 3.5 feet which was very good to have as we had 2 children with us. Overall we really had a fabulous time and it was worth it. Thank you to Taj, Tuba and the entire staff who really work so tirelessly to keep all the customers extremely happy.

The size of the room is the biggest I have ever seen in a Hotel. The view was the best with aircraft taking off and landing.

The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The view is nice too. The F&B staff are always helpful and attentive. It's generally a peaceful hotel.

The house keeping staff were a bit noisy and told them to quiet down which they did. The room floors were a bit dusty. The food at the restaurants and at breakfast was not that good. Thread in the baked dish. Had to send the omelette back at breakfast. Also wish they had more things to do at the hotel since it's far away from everything.

Breakfast spread was excellent, Room was spacious and had enough air circulation and Dinner seating was good with music too.

I would have liked for the price to be a little lower considering its so far away from town.

Everything Especialy the bed and the pillows were waw quality and super comfortable

Only problem is that everytime I ask for a taxi by the application he is going to the airport instead because of the very close proximity location to the airport

As a comment, I didn't like the fact that Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai promised me an escort from the airport but failed to deliver on that promise. It was disappointing to arrive and find no representative waiting to assist with my transfer to the hotel. This lack of follow-through on their part was a letdown and didn't meet my expectations for the level of service I anticipated from such a renowned establishment.

Excellent hospitality. Special thank you to Sonia for giving time to our baby. Really appreciate it.

It was just amazing experience!

Everything you need is available from airport shuttle to bellboys, room service, sundries to bottled water and service is phenomenal. Staff is so friendly and what a delight to work with
