The location is absolute superb - right in the Old City Center, 2 minutes away from the Central Market. The apartment had everything we needed - and what it didn't have, you could get at the reception. The air conditioning does wonders on a hot summer (or even autumn) day.

Beds could be a bit more soft - that was the only slight minus. They could add some more hooks in the bathroom and a broom for the room, but these are very small details.

The shower. It was very erratic and difficult to operate. We only stayed 2 nights and the first night I couldn't have a shower. When the staff came to look at it he got it working but the pressure was erratic. I expected a higher standard for the shower unit

Had a fabulous time in valencia, apartment was centrally located within walking distance to all amenities, the apartment was spotlessly clean with all mod cons, would highly recommend

We were asked the arrival time (aprox 13:00), but it would have been nice to be remembered that we will be able to check in only at 16:00, the official time. We were allowed în the parking, though. We come back at the reception at 15:52, but the apartament was not ready and the guy at the reception did not know when it will be ready, nor he could call to find out. We tried again at 16:05 and he just foud out we can check in. There were few not so pleasant moments. The parking garage is not easy to find but we were prepared from the previous reviews 😀. Probably it would help a map with the line drown for the route as google maps does not always accurately identify you between buildings and the streets are narrow and busy.

While most of the property was very clean and really well maintained, one point for improvement, the floor was not clean, very dusty.

EVERYTHING! It was superb! Very clean neat and tidy with everything I needed. A home away from home.

It is a difficult place to find using gps and the instructions given. Once settled, location was ideal to everything. All supplies- dishwashing soap, paper towel etc are not provided in apartment and have to be requested from front desk which is not ideal. Otherwise accommodations were clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. Location, facilities, cleanliness. The neighbourhood was quite.

lovely area very central

The location is wonderful, Valencia is an amazing city and I regret only staying 1 night. The apartments were very comfortable, beautiful and well equipped, there are bars and restaurants everywhere, the service at reception was very friendly and attentive.

Good location, I saw there were much better located apartments than the one we were assigned, our view was of a major construction building project, super noisy, and noise in general started early.

Knowing that there were much nicer and perhaps quieter units to stay in.

No coffee machine in studio.

Loved the apartment, it was well set up and in a very convenient location. Had what you needed, and comfortable. Loved having access to coffee, wine etc in the bar/kitchen in the courtyard and close to great eateries. Best Italian restaurant nearby!

Found the staircase in the room leading up to the second bedroom inconvenient. Still the apartment was great for two, not sure I would have felt comfortable climbing that staircase for the second bed!

High level of service, super nice staff. You have both reception available and self check-in option if you come out of reception working hours. If you arrive before check-in and reception is already open, you can leave your bags there and explore the city. Apartment is neat and clean. We were doing some washing, since we are on long vacation, - washing machine is available inside apartment and we took drying rack at the reception. We didn't cook but you have kitchen space and spacious fridge. You may find some cheaper and probably more atmospheric options within same area BUT better stay with MonSuits at once. I'm writing this since we had initially booked a different more atmospheric apartment with big issues in it and awful host. Luckily we managed to book MonSuits but we are still in dispute with the initial where we didn't stay. Save your nerves and time, choose MonSuites at once.

Being in the pedestrian zone of Valencia you need to walk a little bit for reaching taxis

The location is superb, such a lovely plaza with a great atmosphere but quiet at night. It’s a perfect spot to explore the city from. The staff were helpful and friendly. The two bed apartment was plenty big for an adult family of four. All modern and very clean.
