Perfect location, friendly and professional staff, clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The bidet did not work and was not fixed. The staff at the reception was not very informative (they suggested just a couple of average restaurants and most importantly they forgot to mention that in the weekend there was an important celebration in the city with procession, fireworks and other events).

Very nice deco and the people were very welcoming. Excellent location to downtown and well connected to other attractions.

Location is a double - sword because being downtown you can hear all the noises from the street at 4 am.

Location. I used the train station quite a lot and the hotel is very near. It was also very central and so possible to walk to most places I wanted to visit.

The Bin store was just below my window and there was some noise when rubbish was being collected.

Fabulous location in heart of shopping and restaurants.

Location. Front of house catering staff were very good.

Waiting for room to be cleaned during our stay. It was not ready until 16.00hrs. There was no explanation nor apology from the manager. It was needed as one of us was ill and had to rest for a few hours. No USB charging point in room. We were forced to waste money and time from our holiday sourcing one from the city.

Front Desk female personal was very nice and kind No slipper in the rooms AC flow direction unhealthy.

Good hotel. Nice staff. Yummy breakfast. Excellent location. I will definitely return to the hotel for the third time.

Don’t forget an adapter the rooms only have the local two prong electric socket.. reception do not provide complimentary adapters, they charge €10. They are also very hard to find to buy.

The staff were very helpful. The location was excellent for pedestrian access to the area. There was dedicated parking underneath the hotel with direct access to the hotel. There was a bath/shower in the room.

You pay a premium to park in the hotel car spaces as opposed to other spaces, if available. The hotel could offer a cheaper breakfast rate especially in view of the many other options only a few paces away.

Location is exceptional, central location. Breakfast was very good. Nicely decorated hotel, with 2 spacious elevators.

View from the room was terrible, we were looking at the wall, so not much daylight. Wifi could be better.
