the room felt very clean and high quality, great location, the terrace in my room was pretty and clean
check in is late, 4 pm is normal time for check-in in this hotel which is out of the ordinary.

Goede locatie. Kamer met groot en comfortabel bed. Bij het ontbijt waren (op aanvraag) glutenvrije opties beschikbaar als brood, muffin en koekjes.

La posizione, tutto pulito ottima colazione, la ragazza addetta alla colazione era italiana molto gentile e garbata sempre con il sorriso in bocca....alla reception tutti gentilissimi in particolare Pilar che parla benissimo l'italiano persona gentile , educata, che ti aiuta con informazioni dettagliate sul tuo soggiorno a Valencia....veramente sono rimasto molto contento.

La struttura è in una via tranquilla in cui non c’è traffico,ma in pieno centro, posizione fantastica, ha delle belle camere, ampie e pulite, materassi ottimi, il bagno diviso in due stanze, di cui una dedicata solo al water.

The location was fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance or by metro 1 minute away.
All staff, reception, breakfast room and housekeeping very friendly and professional. Pilar and Wuilkd on reception knowledgable, friendly and very helpful.

central location. good size room. lovely breakfast room
no lounge area to sit if waiting for someone. no iron and ironing board to press clothes. They offered pressing but it was ludicrously expensive for a case full of creased clothes. There was no kettle or tea/ coffee making facilities which are available in many basic European hotels nowadays.

very good location , it was very clean, and the room and bathroom is a good size .
if you want to sleep in it’s gonna a bit hard since the cleaning crew started cleaning the rooms around mine at around 8 am and I could hear everything .

Location was excellent, just a short walk to many tourist attractions as well as many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the hotel was modern, comfortable and clean.

It was our second time staying at this hotel as the location is superb in the centre of Valencia's historic quarter , the staff were very friendly and helpful , the room was a very good size with good facilities , shower etc.
Our room was on the first floor adjacent the breakfast room so a little noisy in the mornings

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff, location, cleanliness. all perfect!
I would have liked a kettle in my room. To have made a cup of tea in the morning / evening would have been the cherry on the cake!

The Hotel was very convenient for the train station and the centre of Valencia.
