The staff was very helpful. Roberto showed me exactly how to get to the boat dock and the ticket office on the lake. The hotel is very close to the train station which was important to me. The breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety and everything was good. The room was very comfortable. And the bathroom seemed brand new.

The staff was very courteous and it is located very close to the railway station. The rooms were very neat and clean with all amenities. A private sit out was attached to the room. The breakfast lay out and quality also was very good

A wonderful small hotel in Como. Located on a lovely quiet street with a number of restaurants near by. Short walk into the main centre and ferry to Bellagio. Breakfast and hotel staff were brilliant.

The hotel was located very close to the center of Como. Great location to walk to the centre but also avoid the busy crowds. The rooml was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they helped with all our questions, they also recommended us places to eat etc. We were very satisfied with the breakfast as well. Enough options to satisfy all needs and delicious as well. Staff at the breakfast were very friendly and nice as well. Highly recommended

We've been here more than 10 times! We always stay here for a night to rest before carrying on with our trip to the rest of Italy because its near the Swiss border. Easy access to parking, very helpful staff, good restaurants in the street and clean rooms. We are always happy to come back!
