It needed to be updated and there a was faint damp smell in the room, along with a faint smell to the shower water.

The room was very spacious and clean! The property is located across the street from the beach. You will have access to free beach towels and beach chairs on the beach.

Servizio reception inadeguato: personale arrogante nel pretendere, neanche il tempo di arrivare e sistemarci, il saldo del pagamento della camera (con l’anticipo tra l’altro già pagato con 9 mesi di anticipo…). Risultato, mi hanno maldestramente bloccato la carta di credito e due giorni dopo ho dovuto forzatamente utilizzare la mia carta di debito per saldare il conto, perché continuavano a insistere e disturbare la mia vacanza perché a loro non risultava il pagamento. Ho fatto loro presente che non sarei scappato via senza pagare e che oltretutto avevano tutti i dati della mia carta, compreso il cvc. Niente da fare, un muro di incomprensione da parte di queste “piccole” persone così attaccate ai soldi e senza alcun rispetto per il cliente! Ps: colazione veramente scarsa, indegna, abbiamo sempre utilizzato ristoranti esterni.

Great location to both beach and restaurants/ retail. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating with excellent customer service. Nice patio/ deck and it was not a huge resort with tons of kids or noise. Common areas were very clean too. Airconditioning was great!

Room itself was a bit outdated and could use some updating for the price. Bathroom smelled a little musty but likely from Sulphur and no fault of the staff. Would be nice if the resort sold snacks or sodas.

The staff were fantastic, always happy to help you, nothing was too much trouble
