The room was terrible. The over engineered door slides did not work. Bathoroom glass door made waaaaay too much noise when the other person was using it in the middle of the night.

El staff era sumamente amigable. El restaurante espectacular con muy buenas opciones sobre todo el Bowl de proteína. La opción de las bicicletas era increíble y la atención en la playa espectacular

La verdad es que todo me encantó. Quizás y lata viajeros muy quisquillosos la regadera podría tener puerta.

Arrival: Was greeted by friendly staff & offered a welcome drink. Our room wasn’t quite ready so we went to have lunch at their restaurant which I thoroughly enjoyed. Room: It was clean! They decorated it for our Anniversary which was so sweet. I loved how they go the extra mile to make sure you have things you will need in the room. I had lots of make up wipes, black towel/wash cloth to use for your face. They had slippers and robes are in the rooms. There’s a first aid kit in the room also. The room isn’t luxury at all but we wasn’t looking for that. It was everything we needed without a huge price tag. It was clean, smelled great and the staff was always around if you needed anything. Property: The property is so beautiful! It’s not a big property & you didn’t have to do a ton of walking to get around which I like. The pools was very clean and there’s plenty of comfy loungers around the pool and they put out towels. Beach: Absolutely breathtaking!!!! It’s a short walk from the hotel. However; they have a got cart shuttle that will take and pick you up. When you get to the beach they have staff waiting to give you towels and the hotel has its own chairs and umbrellas so that was nice. Also you can order food/drinks from your seat. Customer Service:REMARKABLE!!!!!!! I really truly enjoyed my stay here. I was so sad to leave. Everyone was so pleasant and willing to help & assist in any way. They ordered our taxi service for us when needed. Food: The restaurant is so yummy!! We ate breakfast there every single day. Had lunch there twice. The jerk chicken wrap AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place!!

De prijs.... te duuur. En dat is turks and caicos in het algemeen.

Location was Great. The Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. We could walk anywhere, which was Wonderful. Restaurant on site had Good Breakfast and excellent choses for lunch. Plenty of restaurants near by as well, within walking distance. Loved Turks & Caicos. Definitely will be back sometime next year.

EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect! Entire staff is hospitable, attentive and so accommodating! The room was comfortable and sparkling clean! Just the right amenities. The restaurant in site was FABULOUS!! A great selection for every dietary preference!! Met Victor who was the consummate professional and so welcoming and appreciative of our patronage to Oasis!! Our vacation was SPECTACULAR!! THANK YOU to you ALL!!

Small, very greenery, calm, quiet

Location was perfect ! You could walk to everything in Grace Bay. The resort provides a golf cart to take you to the beach, but you can walk, not far at all. The golf cart even took us to restaurants near The Oasis.

There are a few minor things that certainly didn’t take away from the stay, but would be helpful. They need more outlets in the room, none near the bed and not many around the room. Shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries on would be nice. Room on smaller side but nice.
