The location of Island Club is amazing! Right on the main strip in Gracebay. All the restaurants and a grocey store is nearby. The beach is 5 mins away and the hotel has sunbeds on there. The staff are AMAZING. I really want to thank them for the amazing hospitality we had for our anniversary. I would go back. They decorated or room and pick up our cake for us. They went all out for us. The apartment was Clean and beautiful

Island Club and Grace Bay were every bit as beautiful as we had them in memory from 3 years earlier. Not much has changed which is good, only one new hotel is being builtacross the road but we did not hear any noise from there. The best feature of the hotel is its stunning pool area. Every unit has a stunning view from the balcony to the lush tropical garden whose crown jewel is the pool in the middle. Every day gardeners work on it to keep it in perfect shape. You can hang around the terasse, the balcony or the pool the whole day or walk the max 5 minutes to the sea. The units come with all the necessary amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grace Bay has been voted the best beach in the world on several occasions for a reason. The 7-mile-wide golden sand beach is ideal for walks and early morning jogs and swimming in the turquoise-coloured warm water is heavenly. In short, if there is a vacancy at this hotel, you should book it. It is expensive compared to some other Caribbean islands but in Turks and Caicos and Grace Bay it is still best value for money and you won't regret it.

There is not much not to like. Well, the water in the kitchen was not hot enough to wash dishes but we boiled water in a kettle to make up for it and the second unit we stayed at had a dishwasher which solved the problem. One lock was broken on the balcony door in the first unit but still it felt very safe in and around the hotel.

We were met by Love who showed us to our room and explained how things worked - she was great! The apartment was much better than expected. Everything was clean and welcoming, plenty of utensils and crockery in the kitchen and the bedrooms were a great size. The air conditioning was very much welcome. The pool area was clean and got a double thumbs up from our children. We were able to park our rental car right outside the accommodation and everything felt safe and secure. The beach was only a couple of minutes walk away, where we had use of the Island Club loungers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Love and all of the staff who made our stay so fantastic.

Location was impeccable. Very clean. Beautiful place. Loved the pool. Staff were amazing - Rachel, Keke, Love were all wonderful.

The resort is in a fantastic location. It is not on the beach, but an easy 5-minute walk. It is in the heart of the Grace Bay area. There are several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The condo itself was clean on arrival. It has modern beach decor. There are comfortable beds and the AC worked great. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the staff before arrival was great. There is a pool on the property and plenty of comfortable chairs to relax in outside. Each condo also has an outdoor table and grill.

Our only suggestion would be for the property to purchase some umbrellas for the beach. Otherwise, no issues!

Our room was ready for early check-in, and it was a renovated one. Very clean and spacious. There were lots of bath towels and beach towels provided. Daughter enjoyed the pool. Floaties were provided as well. Near the shopping area. Shay’s Cafe is just right across the street and Potcake just a minute walk away where we volunteered to walk a rescue dog. The beach is about a 7-minute walk. We were able to use two loungers on the beach provided by the hotel.

If there was a washer and a dryer, it would be perfect. Still give it a 10.

Nice 2 bedroom condo. Very close to restaurants , ice cream & 10 min to grocery store.

You had to walk 10 min to get to the beach. We didn’t have access to beach chairs like other hotels. Island club should provide transportation to & from airport

The staff was so helpful and attentive. Our place was in walking distance to everywhere!! The pool was in the courtyard, the beach was five minutes away. We can't wait to go back to paradise.
