The host was very polite and easily approachable. I could check in and out at different times not ad stated in the description of the place This suited better my itinerary.

This was a really enjoyable stay. The host was really friendly and able to share her own experiences and recommendations for Derry which was great. It's as a B&B really should be - the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and it was very quiet and peaceful at night and we loved having a cooked breakfast each morning. Our host went above and beyond also supplying us with other treats in the evening and put a lot of effort in to ensuring we enjoyed our stay.

This is a lovely place to stay in the countryside, but within easy reach of everything you need, providing you have transport. Monica, our host, was extremely friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfasts were excellent. We will definitely be returning.

The only small problem we had was that the property is a little difficult to find even with a satnav.

A brilliant B&B, so welcoming. The couple treated us so well and went way over expectations. We couldn't of asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back to stay again when back in Derry. My son claimed it was the best part of the trip!

beautiful is an understatement… Monica and Adrian made me feel at home; they were extremely nice and homely. The room was neat and of good size, the environment was BEAUTIFUL, the breakfast was nice.

Beautiful home and delightful hosts, would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was lovely and clean and we felt very comfortable and at home.

The most generous warm and welcoming hosts we have ever met. The accommodation itself is absolutely beautiful with facilities to enjoy the outdoors as well as the indoors. The breakfast was delicious and enjoyed by the children as well as the adults. Everyone wants to return here to see Monica and Adrian when we next visit Derry

Loved Five Oaks, great position, quiet and yet easy driving distance to everything we wanted. Monica and Adrian were wonderful and very helpful with lots of local knowledge. Breakfast, and bed comfort was first class (as were the coffee and hot pancakes ) and I look forward to visiting again, loved it. Thank you very much from is all.
