We were skiing in Arcalis and we had transport. The chalet came with a parking space as part of the property. The location was perfect for getting to the resort, walking into Arinsal and getting a bus (stop at the end of the road) into Andorra La Vella. The chalet had a garden which was perfect for my grandson who was 2 1/2. It was not far from the bars and restaurants of Arinsal but it was quiet. The chalet was well equipped. There were 4 adults and one child so we did have a lot of space as two spare bedrooms were used as 'dressing' rooms. If it had been full there would still have been sufficient space, storage and bathroom facilities. The dining area was bright had a wood pellet burner and was a lovely place to sit and relax. The host responded to all our queries quickly and was very helpful.

Nothing really. The wood pellet burner in the lounge was smoky when on so we didn't use it. The oven door was a little loose so we had to prop it closed. The stairs to the one bedroom upstairs are spiral so a little tricky and a source of delight for my grandson. The room is in the roof - once you've banged your head on the beams you won't do it again! There was no washing machine despite being listed on the Booking.com website but the host directed us to a nearby laundrette which was perfect for our needs. Nothing would put us off booking again.

Very spacious and comfortable chalet, with good facilities, comfortable rooms, nice dining area. Good location not far from gondola. Friendly and helpful host.

We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 kids, but there’s enough space in the chalet for a much bigger group with a big living room and separate dining room. The chalet is just 5 minutes walk to the gondola up the mountain (well, 10 minutes if you have young kids with ski boots on!). There’s plenty of eating and drinking options nearby - and there’s a great local restaurant just 200m from the chalet. There’s also a small supermarket a short walk away. Some of the photos don’t do the chalet justice either, as a few of the spaces have also been modernized very recently.

A washing machine would have been useful, but we were aware this wasn’t available so brought enough clothes for the week.

Property was in a superb location and suited are group perfectly. Nice cosy lounge space, and the kitchen facilities were fine for us. Hostess was great too, kept in contact prior to our stay and then when we checked out again. all in all, very happy.

Excellent location. Great property that fit 10 of us nicely. Inside was well designed and comfortable. Facilities were in excellent condition and easy to use. Felt just like a home away from home. Host was super friendly and helpful.
