The staff here are absolutely amazing. Could not ask for better.
WiFi is excellent, location and parking is excellent. Beds are very comfortable and the room was nice and warm. TV in the room was fine, and had channels in Spanish, Portuguese, french and English.
Breakfast was good, except when busy as a lot of younger people were staying there. They would arrive first thing and hoarded all the pastries to take skiing with them. You'd watch them making baguettes etc and then taking them for lunch. Which meant if you didn't get there early you missed out.
Dinner was excellent also. We had a set menu for 6 nights as it was quiet, but on Friday night there was a buffet which was amazing. Really nice.
The bar downstairs was excellent, lovely locals, great prices on drinks and as I said excellent staff. The staff are the ones that make the place so good.
Annoyed as all rooms are advertised with a balcony. We did not have one, just a tiny room with 2 beds. Don't advertise what you don't have. Only half of their rooms have balconys I'd say.
The ceiling light in the room was broken, instead of fixing it they just took it away and pushed the wires into the hole in the ceiling! The shower was in need of repair, leaking and mouldy grout. No window in the bathroom and no fan to extract the steam and smells. No storage to put ski gear and boots was a problem also.
Just need a decent maintenance team to keep on top of the things that need doing.
However I'm just pointing out the bad bits for an honest review. . I'd definitely stay here again

Amabilidad de los camareros (los del turno de cenas y barra un 11 sobre 10) La cena de Nochebuena de hotel de 5 Estrellas.
Instalaciones con falta de mantenimiento (la ducha se caía, faltaban elementos de lámparas…)

Good value for money, good WiFi, nice staff.
Taverna Comapedrosa is allways full with locals and has very tasty pizzas.
Its not a modern place, but for this price is the best in Andorra.

The location of the property is perfect for getting to the ski slopes and all the local restaurants and bars.
The staff are very pleasant and very accommodating.
The food was very nice we’re good size portions.
Good size rooms with balconies
If you were at reception waiting on the book in,you could be waiting for a long time as the staff were also busy trying to serve bar, and the same the other way round, if they are booking someone in you would have to wait at the bar to be served. There was not enough staff to cover both. (this was not a short wait for people)
The rooms and bathrooms are tired and in need of updating with cracked tiles and poorly hung showerheads etc.
The last two years, that I have stayed in the hotel, there have been school trips staying. I am all up the kids having fun, however, they ran riot, banging on peoples doors, running away, screaming and shouting until early hours of the morning. There were other guests who were complaining about this, however, nothing was done about it.
4.5
Excellent location. Close to ski lift and all amenities, bars, restaurants, etc.
We will definitely come back to this hotel again.
Front desk staff were impossible to find, but very helpful once at the desk.
The cleanliness could be a bit improved as there was mold in the shower tiles and cobwebs around the ceilings, but overall, it was exceptional value for money and we were very satisfied.

great location
Needs updating. Quite basic. Not cleaned very well.

We booked this early in the year 2022
Having been to the hotel before.
We arrived last week to find we were in a tiny room , no bath, no balcony, both we asked for as it was booked about 9 months ago. To could not change room as they were now full. If It was for a couple of nights it could be possible but not for a week's stay it seem that they have taken short stays, and moved us to a tiny room, the staff on duty said they could not help as the manager was not there. We never seen the manager just the same young staff who were on duty when we complained. It said in the facilities that there was a bath, balcony, room larger than normal.
I went with my Daughter skiing as I did last year in the same hotel. Only to find the two single beds were touching as there was no room, the shower did not work well spraying water all over the bathroom floor. We asked to have are room made up half way through the week but nobody thought to give us toilet rools or clean towels, we had been there since Sunday. In the end I had to throw the towels outside of our room on the floor, aswell as the empty toilet rools to make sure we got clean towels and a new roll of toilet paper.
I understand this is not what you wanted to read but I'm very upset,
I paid good money and booked nearly 8 months in advance.
Wall by door was cracked and plaster missing, big black marks running down on another part of a wall, not repaired or cleaned.
I will obviously never book there again, it put a bad feeling over our holiday.
I am sure because it was holiday week, and Carnival, they took two and three day bookings at the last minute. And moved us into this tiny box of a room with just a window.
I am sorry for the negative response
But it ruined are week skiing.
I would like some kind of response from Booking.com on this matter.
Malcolm Burt.
Thank you.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful.
Great location.
Room clean and beds were comfy.
Nice balcony and view.
Would definitely recommend this place!
Would have liked to have a kettle in the room to make tea however we got hot water from the bar downstairs every morning/night and that was fine.

The noise from outside all through the night

Amazing location in the heart of Arinsal.
Top floor bedrooms can be a bit small, but overall they are really comfortable and clean.

The balcony with the awesome mountain view, Breakfast was amazing and more than enough for two travelers on a motorcycle. The staff gets a 10 out of 10!
Perfect location for hiking the Pyrenees mountains. Only 15mins to the city center. Should you want to try other cuisines, there are numerous other options within walking distance
Wish we could stay longer

Comfortable place, good location. Close to everything. Decent breakfast. Super friendly staff.
You hear every little sound. Drunk people in the street, noisy guests. It's not really the hotel's fault.
3.5
Breakfast was not so big, but it was tasty, plate of cheeses, jamones, juices, jogurts, coffe, tea, jams, etc
In general stuff was nice
Hotel has forgot that we will come this day and noone was at the night at reception, and hotel was closed..

The staff are very friendly and the location is perfect.
The heating was on minimum and no way to turn it up, the room was too cold.
4.0
Breakfast has improved and is good value for money, the bar is good and very cheap, and location is almost 2nd to none.
My room was slightly small for my size, I'm just over 6 foot and struggled with the sloped ceiling as I was on the top floor at the end of the building. Not so bad that I had to change rooms though.
4.0
The family atmosphere
The locals party on Saturday night with extremely loud music until 3 am
