Ubicación y muy nuevo.

El baño estaba atascado, las sábanas de TODAS las camas sucias, tuvimos que hacer la tercera cama de la habitación nosotros (que si vas a un sitio barato ya sabes lo que hay, pero económico no era), te obligaban a dejar la ropa de las camas, cojineras y toallas en la ducha al salir o no te pagan la fianza de 200€ que te exigen (creo que ganando 630€ en 48h pueden ir ellos a recoger las sábanas). Nunca mas.

Lots of space for 4 adults, great to have parking undercover, great location only a short walk to the cable car and the bars and restaurants.

Collecting the keys was not easy. We had to drive about 15 minutes to the agency. We could not find the agency, so drove round a couple of times before parking up and asking someone for directions. It would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to find it as it was possible to park outside.

The apartments were warm, clean and well equipped. Great location for the ski lifts.

The shower was unpredictable going from scalding hot to cold many, many times over the course of one shower. Not safe for children. Also we advised that we were arriving by bus. We were told to pick up the tickets at their office, the address was given but it wasn't made clear that this was a different village half an hour away! As first timers in Andorra this should have been made clear. Disapppinting and expensive start to our holiday after a long journey, the group of 10 of us stood standing outside while one person took a taxi for the keys.

Location was good, easy access to the ski lift and to Arinsal village, Apartment was bright, spacious and warm.

Collecting keys from the centre of Andorra la Vella could be challenging for people not knowing the city as there is always a lot of traffic and parking is not easy. Check in a 15:00 is also very late. Better information on how to access the chair lift situated on the road above the Ribasol using the apartments own internal lift system would have been useful as it is complicated and involves 5 different lifts!

Nice place, you can go to the ski lift and ski rent for 5 mins. It is super excellent option for people who wanna ride a lot.

We have to pick-up keys in another city. And had to spend 2 hours to go for keys. Super inconvenient and ruined all good experience.
