Alojamiento muy familiar y muy acogedor. Te sientes como en casa con un personal muy cercano haciéndote sentir como si te conocieran desde siempre. Y que decir de la comida… Olee por la cocinera que prepara unas cenas buenísimas. Imprescindible coger media pensión!✅ Estamos muy agradecidos del super camarero ( no recuerdo su nombre) y de la recepcionista Aya 🫶🏼🫶🏼

A warm welcome awaited us, such friendly staff and an amazing hotel location. Food was awesome too!! It will definitely be our hotel of choice when we visit Andorra again, summer or winter! Thank you for a lovely stay. Our 2 dogs enjoyed it too!

The triple room on the top floor was the amazing. The view was unbeatable.

Parking with a camper van was a challenge but we always got parked.

Very comfortable, relaxed feel and very friendly helpful staff. Would def stay again.

Car parking is a bit ‘tight’. However staff went out of their way to make it work for everyone.

Great place to stay in Andorra. Good value for the money, well deserved for the outdoor pool which we welcomed after a long day. The lady at the reception was very welcoming :)

Quiet location, fabulous scenery, clean and comfortable rooms.

We stayed in July and there is no fan or air conditioning. However sleeping with the doors open was fine.

Workmen went into our room to change soap dispensers and we were not informed. No hot water for one day and not informed. Only two members of staff friendly.

The place was beautiful with a very friendly and helpful staff who spoke English, French, Spanish, Catalan and probably more. We were there off season but were still able to have dinner and breakfast. Both were outstanding. Plenty of delicious food, nice service and great value.

I thought everything was great.

Everything was perfect! Room was spacious and great, baby cot provided. Warm enough Beautiful views Food was really nice: first course was a buffet with a lot of choice of vegetables, soup, 2 types of warm dishes and 3 "starters/salads" ; for main course you could choose out of 3 dishes (2 meat and 1 fish) and there are 3 options for dessert. Breakfast was also great. Only minus point: no vegetables for breakfast. A great benefit is the bar at the hotel. It gave me possibility to get (warm) drinks during the day. Staff is soooo kind. We were with our baby and they were entertaining him and also always came to talk during our meals . Felt homey. I will for sure come back again

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Access to ski lift and slopes easy. Lovely view from room. Will definitely be back to see the summer too.

would’ve liked a bigger selection for breakfast. they had no vegetables, only had eggs, poor cocktail sausages, some ham and cheeses, fruit, pastries, donuts, bread, butter, tomato pasata, cereals, juice, and water. not bad but could be better, maybe some porridge, nuts, seeds, and roasted vegetables.

room was alright. Love the view at my balcony. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which great :) The front desk was really helpful and friendly.

I stayed out of season. everything was ok. Breakfast and dinner good at good price. Andorra is a small country, so avoiding the capital you can save money and still be closer to everything
