Comfortable all you could need. staff great very helpful... Loved the jacuzzi and sauna facility... helped to relax after a long day.

Nothing in particular for the hotel, or mybe yes, if you have an electric car, make very good planning for Andorra. Not many hotels having yet a charger and in the city not all accepting like what I'm using a DKV eCharge card, nor a credit card.

Staff were wonderful, so helpful, attentive and kind. Exceptional, top class. Breakfast was lovely, and place itself was clean, facilities excellent.

Nothing, everything was brilliant

Staff was exceptional especially Gonzalo who went out of his way to help us. Bus-stop was exactly in front of the hotel and using the games room felt like home (playstation, billiard & table soccer).

Having / not having a balcony should be specified when booking the room - as from the photos I was expecting a balcony, but the views were still amazing from the window.

Good sized two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, balcony and mountain view. Warm (November and first snowfall) and well insulated (no noise from other guests or outside). Comfortable beds, great shower, well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, TV, WiFi...). We used the sauna/ Turkish bath/ jacuzzi/ gym in the hotel's basement for free (need to book a 45 minute slot), great! Good location - 15 minute drive to Andorra la Vella centre/ 5 minute walk to the mountains. Friendly and welcoming staff (thank you Rose) and it's possible to arrive out of reception hours. Great place to stay, don't hesitate.

Recently modernised apartment with a fantastic view. We really liked the layout and beautiful view. Was quiet and peaceful althouhh they have started renovating other apartments so it was noisy next to our room in the day but they did warn us off this. Considering the price we paid we were very happy. Checkin was super efficient, although the reception didn't open until 5pm we arrived at 3:30pm and our key was already waiting hanging by the reception window. Perfect!

The chairs on the balcony are a bit uncomfortable and an outdoor table would have been nice. Also the spa is only open drom 5pm to 10pm, you can book a 45 minute session. I imagine if it is busy people will miss out.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in! it can’t be such perfect, but it was as it was. Absolutely positive place!
