Stanza un po’ piccola e con polvere in alcuni punti. Colazione assolutamente da rivedere: si fa presso un’altra struttura vicina ma niente di che e soprattutto si congelava

Отличная локация, чистые номера, вежливый персонал. Был номер с отличным видом. Кровать удобное, душевая чистая. Все было хорошо!

Breakfast buffet was less than average

Walking distance to tourist attraction. Cheaper than most hotel with meal provided. Room exceed my expectation. If you googled the hotel, old picture will be shown but my room was so comfy and comfortable. Helpful staff. Seems likewise at first but actually she’s nice. I like how they attend their guest before, during and after checked out. Got 7e, guardian, eateries and 99speedmart all below hotel compound. Got lift for older people or people with mobility.

I stayed for 5night with broken tv. Curtain so dirty. U can see semen all over the curtain. Ironing must be done in hall so no ironing in room. For solo traveller like me, quite uncomfortable experience.

The room had no window so it was a little bit damp. Floors didn't look the cleanest but no big deal.

Excellent location and good value with breakfast included. Very helpful staff. Clean modern rooms. Many local and international restaurants within a short walk of the hotel, as well as the main tourist sites in Malacca.

Nothing to dislike. As its name suggests, it’s a boutique hotel so do not expect additional facilities beyond a comfortable place to sleep. The wifi was not working, but the problem was fixed straight after we reported it.

Location was ideal and walking distance to most of the tourist spots with nearby establishments such as convenience store, grocery, laundromat and eateries. Staffs were all attentive, approachable and professional. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and very soft linens. Online photos showed that there's a window in the room I booked but I still messaged the hotel to confirm it. No waiting time to use the lift unlike other bigger hotels based on the reviews. Breakfast was repetitive but decent and well-organized.

Wifi connection could be improved as it gets very slow especially at night when all the guests are back. Provide more than one tissue roll in the room. Some walls in the room need to be repainted to look cleaner and to remove the dust on some parts with glass such as the top of the headboard and countertop of the fridge.

the bed linen was dirty.. it was changed but.. it took a long time and the new linen was not perfectly clean..

Name of the hotel not the same as in our iternenary.

Everything was pretty perfect, kettle in room, next to a mall and convenience stores. Also very clean and a quiet location.

We weren’t notified about the wifi not working, and were met with a frosty welcome by the lady in reception, when we seemed surprised about this.

The location was good

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Parking is not provided for the guests and had to pay for the parking to avoid getting summon. The toilet was smelly and dirty. Unwashed bed sheets I guess as they were dirty ms smelly. it’s not worth!

Room size was bigger than expected. Location is 15mins by walking into the heart of Melaka.

Some more toiletries wouldn’t have hurt
