Horrible hotel. Breakfast was very limited and not at all tasty. Chef didn’t even know to cook a good omelette. Reception area was full of mosquitoes. First night didn’t provide non veg. Second night, after insisting, chicken was served. But the chicken quality was bad. Only saving grace is the staff were good. Better to avoid this hotel unless you are compelled to stay due to proximity to your official work,

Worst Hotel • We had to ask for bathroom accessories (slipper, Shaving Kit, Dental Kit etc.) which should be put before the arrival of guests. • The Room TV was not working, I raised a complaint but nobody has come to fix it. • The Room Furniture was looked too old, & The Room Furniture was looked too old, & bed mattress did not covered from the cover. Inside foam is showing. • The Room Switch was brooked. (I am sharing the image) • The bathroom Washbasin not taked water properly. (I am sharing the image, I have video also) • We arrived at 7.30 Am (which we already mentioned in the request box) but they charged 1000 Rs. Extra from us. • The room had cooler because there ac not working properly This is not first time we stayed in sarovar, we before stayed in sarovar Portico which is based in Palampur. The staff were cordial. Room was good.

Breakfast menu. Late night connectivity is bad. The whole are is cordoned off till 5am. Cabs outrightly refuse.
