Very small en-suite, clean but a bit tatty in places.

Location was excellent, a 5 minute stroll to the town. Breakfast was tasty and hot, which you don't always get. Having parking is always an added bonus

Colin the host was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The location was spot on - quick walk into the town centre, but quiet on an evening.

Good location with parking. BreaKfast was good & large walk in shower also excellent.
Being picky, but needed binoculars to see the small tv screen from a bed.

very spacious room for the price, nice and clean, large window with good view but big curtains for privacy. Didn't have window open when visiting due to weather/temperature but window did open so would probably get a nice breeze in summer. nice breakfast. not on the main road so not busy at night but only a 5minute walk from the start of the shops and restaurants so very convenient when bad weather. would definately stay again if returning to the area.

Property was warm, quiet and very clean. For the price my stay was excellent. Lovely selection of tea and coffee in the room and breakfast was great too.
Could do with replacing some towels etc but nothing terrible.

Bathroom was very small. We could hardly move in there. There was an adapter dangling off the wall with tv plugged in - didn’t look very safe.
