Very clean warm and comfortable flat. Brilliant location beside the river Nith in Dumfries. The flat had everything that we needed. Great communication and helpful information from Peter the host.

The location was ideal with good views out of the living room window. The furnishings were good and comfortable with TV and wifi being available

Parking at the location was by disc, so would be good if a disc was provided in the flat for tenants use.

Spacious clean and comfortable accommodation. Loads of power sockets. Good water pressure and effective heating. Fast Wi-Fi, two TV. Very pleasant and welcoming hosts made sure we understood where things were and how they worked.

Road noise at the front of the property through the night and seagulls making a noise out the back from very early.

Brilliant flat with everything you will need to feel like home. Very spacious and super clean. Communication with the owners was brilliant and we had a follow up call to thank us for our visit which was a lovely touch. We will definitely return.

The cooker wasn’t working properly, what should’ve taken 20/25 minutes took over hour to cook ( reported it was going to get new one ) Heaters are in need of bleeding ( reported them aswell ) double bed wasn’t very comfortable

There wasn't anything that you could like really it was awful , although thankfully the bedding was clean so I guess that was positive

Just about everything , to start the code was incorrect , owner didn't answer calls , windows open as flat smelt of cigarettes, so felt cold when eventually got in , the bedding was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable , the outlook from the window was a building site , and the windows were mouldy ( see photos ) was only able to stay one night as it was so awful , although paid for 2 nights and were not offered any refund when fed back to booking.com/ who fed back to the owner !!
