The area was ideal. A hop, skip, and a jump to the nearest underground station, bus stop, shop, or Café and close enough to Camden Town for a nice walk. Good Tea and Coffee facilities. The shower was amazing!!!

The room was in need of some cosmetic improvements, and patches of the room had been missed. Mattress was too soft, but that is personal preference.

They managed to upgrade my room to one of their newer ones with a kitchen. After I figured out how to turn it all on, it was wonderful!

The very heavy front door was difficult to open in the wind and on more than one occasion required my full body weight to open!

Clean, well thought out rooms with everything in it you could need.

Room below us were blaring music from 2am and couldn't sleep. When I went out to reception they did go down and ask them to turn it off in fairness and not sure you could hear music from front desk so no fault of hotel

Great location, good amenities in the room.

Our room had no a/c and the mattress had been flipped over seemingly to hide a stain, so night 1 we slept on the springy underside of a mattress. We flipped back to the appropriate side for night 2 once we realized it was upside down.

Nice location and hotel not too busy.

Rooms are far from soundproof, cleaning staff don’t knock or respect the “do not disturb” sign, and room was not very clean at arrival.

Brilliant little kitchen set-up; allowed us to cater for our varied needs. Nice lighting, and storage. Super amount of power points. For a night at The Roundhouse this is a great location at good value for money

The location is very convenient for Belsize Park tube and area. Coffee machine and kettle were welcome. Shower pressure was great. Nice quality towels.

We were left standing outside in the rain with our cases on checking in. We tried the bell, the door etc. This happened again once we had checked in and should have been able to use our key card but couldn't. The receptionist reactivated the card. One teaspoon between two- minor detail but when we asked no additional teaspoons could be found. There is no lift and dog leg stairs to our room were a brief but unwelcome challenge when wet. The recent refurb has provided some nice touches such as unusual sink, good blinds at the windows etc. But the skirting board is tired, swollen and peeling. The beside shelf and tray table below the small TV didn't feel very sturdy or secure. Not a bad stay but could do with a little more finishing touches.
