No means of heating food. No microwave. But had plates and cutlery

The location was superb with a balcony overlooking the esplanade. The apartment was spacious and had everything including a washing machine.

Having to remove rubbish and wash dishes.

Location is great, the room and facilities are very good.

The car park is a long way from the room. The refrigerator was very noisy and unbalanced.

checking in and finding our parking sort was very easy. The apartment style room was amazing; I was surprised how much space we had. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the spa bath was a bonus. The location was perfect just minuets walk from the beach and from many restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here and we will defently be back!

We didn't see any member of staff during our stay- it was a bank holiday so they may not have been working. This did not impact our trip but may have if we needed to contact someone for assistance

The flat with 3 rooms is on the street and it is very noisy. From 5.30am we were wake up by the cars, rubbish truck, birds… so the night was short

Eden has the perfect location for me. I have family 500 metres away. The staff were fantastic, and the unit was spacious with a balcony over looking the pool. Many places to eat very close, either take away or dine in. A small Foodworks right there as well. The bus for my tours picked up across the street and dropped me at the door. I would recommend this accommodation and happily stay again.

Very clean room and location is close to amenities and beach. The swiming pool was nice and it was a bonus to have a sauna.

The surround of the pool could have been better ....the plants etc needed a little more love.

The room was right in the middle of everything! Cafes, restaurants and directly across the road from the beach! We didn’t need a car once we settled in 👍🏽 The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The pool area was clean and had an accessible toilet and shower! We had a car park to the rear of the property, which was great!

The only small issue was that a lot of the rooms overlook the pool, which is great, but it meant we could also see into all the rooms as well.

Kitchen gear is worn, loose handle of draws and pans, no salt and pepper. We didnt expect that from 4 star hotel. Appart from that no complaint

Apartments well situated on the Esplanade with restaurants and shops in close vicinity. Just outside is a pick-up point for all tours and excursions. Apartments are roomy and contemporary.

As there are clearly resident apartments there are a few restrictions on what you can and can't do. Not an issue for us but may not suit others who may be a bit more active.

Room, pool, premises were exceptionally clean. Definitely stay again but use a bigger apartment. Loved the security and quietness of the premises.

Room 203m was a tad small for a couple.

No electricity point at desk so laptop had to be charged at kitchen. Mind your toe on the step into bathroom at night and air con had a mind of it’s own. Pleasant and quiet love the location close to shops and restaurants
