The fridge looked as though it was from the 60s and hadn't been de-frosted since. Knob missing from ceiling fan control. Bedside lamps rusty. No drawers or shelves in wardrobe. No drawers in bathroom. Bathroom mirror so low it's only suitable for children. No net curtains, had to keep big curtains closed. Out of control children running amok in carpark.

The location was brilliant and the stay was exactly what I needed for my sleepover

The bed was comfortable enough but think it'll need a upgrade in the foreseeable future.

Excellent location close to beach and shops, it is an older establishment but very good value with very clean rooms and the most comfortable bed. I appreciated the fact that when I arrived to the room someone had already put the fan on which had kept the room cool and was a nice welcome.

The rooms could use a microwave and the pool area and pool could use a clean up with more shade and seating available.

Location is wonderful and rooms are good and comfy. Very clean and got a pool as well.

They dont have microwave in rooms which is a let down. Also a couple of staff is little off beat (not looked very friendly).

Loved that it had a air conditioner, nice big shower, comfortable beds, clean, nice pool and spa, good location.

It was just a bit stuffy, the room smelt a bit after being closed up,, the kettle didn't pour straight and the bar fridge didn't close properly.

We had a larger room, thanks to the ladies in reception. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Clean and well equipped room. Had a nice looking pool with umbrellas for us sensitive to sun people. Not many motels do that these days, so thank you. Such a change being treated like a customer and not like an inconvenience to reception. Best reasonable motel in Hervey Bay

6:00 pm office closure is not good - especially when the ferry from Fraser Island doesn't get in till after 6:00.
