Cleanness. Staff were very nice. Food was lovely and very very clean. Great value for money

Everything. Breakfast, cleanliness, location, stuff is super friendly, breakfast is delicious (you have 5 option to choose).

Air cooler wasn't very powerful, for such a big room.

Strong WiFi, nourishing breakfast, a kind staff woman during 2 of 3 days (the only staff member does everything - checking in, cleaning, cooking). Overall, the room was nice, clean, and tidy (except for some mold in the bathroom), but the noise ruined my whole stay.

1). The constant noise from the call center downstairs was impossible to handle! It was more like party noise: loud music and chatter. (I stayed from Thursday evening till Saturday noon). They started before 06am on Friday morning, waking me up. I came back to the hotel at 03:30pm and the noise continued till I left at 07pm. I came back at 10pm and it was finally quiet. But it woke me up again at 07am on Saturday. Besides this noise, there is noise coming from outside -- gotta keep windows shut during the night. The first night I didn't get any rest, before an important meeting in the morning. 2). I chose the Suit room because it was supposed to have a DESK (I needed it to work on the computer). Suit #5 doesn't have a desk. I pointed this out to the staff, the woman was kind enough to bring me a table from the breakfast area. On Saturday morning, this staff woman was reprimanded by her colleague for bringing me the table and had to take it back. 3). Some mold in the bathroom (around a couple of tiles). 4). Misleading description here: No desk, No soundproofing, No bathrobe, No view of course (the hotel is on the ground/1st floor of the residential building), No sofa (there was an armchair in my suit). Overall, if you need a rest, don't stay at this hotel!
