صراحة كل شي ممتاز من اول الاستقبال والأمن والخدمة بجد ناس مريحه جدا وخصوصا الاستاذ أمير في الريسبشن قمة في الذوق والتعامل باحترافيه واحترام

نظافة الغرفة نوعا ما والتكييف

الفطور محدود وسيئ وموقع الفطور كذلك سيئ جدا خاصة درج الصعود له ضيق الحمام وكانت تحتاج لصيانة وجود بار ليلي بالسطح ازعاجهم لك وقت المغادرة بسرعة المغادرة لدرجة اننا اكلنا وجبتنا اللي طالبناه بالبهو من كثر ازعاجهم حتى تغادر السعر مرتفع مقابل الغرفة الأسانسير أو المصعد واحد وتنتظر كثير عشان يوصل لك ومساحته صغيرة بالأساس

The staff were so cooperate, very friendly. Everything was amazing. The hotel is 15min away from Cairo airport. The location was appropriate for our business meeting. But in general it is located on a highway that makes transportation very easy. It was an amazing experience. Definitely will reserve again.

The breakfast need to be more variant, and the water in bathroom much more heated (we went in summer season, so it doesnt matter if the water is hot or cold)

Room, Staff.

When I take a shower it takes a long time for the water to drain. Sometimes it leaks outside.

Nice staff

Furniture and AC need maintenance, renovation and replacement. Price is very high compared with the facilities and the furniture.

I like the location only

the hotel is very dirty & all air-conditions is very olds & stopped every sometimes & elevator is old enough the breakfast is very poor

it was very clean and the receptionist madonna was very kind and helpful

The stuff was really nice and helpful, especially Madonna.

I want to special thank for the teller man " mina" And the young girl of room service in the second floor . I dont know her name but she was very nice and helpful to my pregnant wife . She and mina were so nice and so active persons . Beside Linda in reception also

Easy taxi/Uber ride to and from the airport. Everything was clean and in good working order. Staff was helpful and friendly

The staff is mostly limited English proficient, so be ready to use a little Google translate

The location is pretty good The staff were helpful It was calm and comfy beds

The AC in the room wasn't working properly and it was really hot Room hygiene could be better and they should work on it Please add a scale in your hotel

everything was amazing especially the guys at the reception. i met two guys and a lady named linda. they were all amazing so welcoming so cheerful so gracious so flexible so helpful. thank u everyone and linda ❤️❤️
