Didn’t get to stay

Owner accepted our reservation and stated on confirmation page that they will us instructions on how to access the property as they have an online registration requirement, a code for the lockbox and a gate code to get into property, however they never sent them. No one answered our multiple calls, messages or emails over many hours. No one was at the property to greet us and it was a very isolated and dark location. We waited outside the property while booking.com tried over and over again to get in touch with them. They finally answered after at 4:30am. They apologized but then immediately marked us a no show and charged us the full amount. Booking.com was kind enough to find us another hotel near by.

Nice apartment, has everything you need. Close to the regional railway station, trains every 20 mins on working days and 30mins on holidays. Rome metropolitan tickets are valid. You can reach Rome city centre in 20 to 30mins. Parking is narrow but secure. Has air conditioning and heating. EuroSpin grocery super market is at walkable distance, smaller shops also available. Airport and Beach are closer to this apartment.

Kitchen area was a bit small , a bit more space was expected.

The property is poorly maintained. Bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances, furnitures are old and poorly maintained

The terrace is very spacious and comfortable.

The flat is a bit smaller than on the pictures, high chairs in the living room very uncomfortable, dishes also very limited, but we were not cooking so it was ok. Only one set of clean towels for a stay of 7 days.

Very convenient to metro station (2 minute walk) and airport )2 stops away).

Host was helpful and responsive. Location is right across from the train station. Airport is 10min away.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, and fairly well equipped. There was good water pressure, hot shower, and good supply of kitchen equipment.

There were difficulties with gaining access, as some of the electronic systems were not working perfectly. Host did respond with text messages to provide means of access, but it was a 'rough beginning"

Very efficient organisation, immediate support when needed, small but fully equipped apartment, great value for money.

Easy to get to from the airport... We chose not to go into the centre of Rome and it suited us.
