we stayed in the 16th floor and we heard the bump-bump/music at night

The building has a nightclub in first floor, with very loud music, impossible to sleep and rest at this Hotel, even I was in the 9th floor!! the hotel reception told us it’s not under the same management so they couldn’t do anything. I won’t stay again in this property.

location is good, rooms are spacious and staff is friendly
There is a night club in the ground floor that can be quite uncomfortable depending on the room. In our case, it made our room tremble at night due to the super loud music, so we had to use ear plugs quite frequently.
In addition, common spaces in the hotel are just mediocre and there are only 2 elevators for +20floors

The location.
The amenities, there is coffee, some fruits (Red apples) and cookies available in the halls.
In the room there is a kit with a toothbrush, toothpaste, shoe polish, among others.
The bathroom tiles were stained. The toilet flush was broken and didn't work well. The shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower did not work.

they have a club part of property, and since 1:30am music could be heard and felt the vibrations in room and bed, annoying to say the least.

Location of the hotel is perfect to the things I like to do in Guadalajara. The breakfast was excellent. And the other meal we had in the restaurant was delicious as well. Love having the little bar inside the hotel as well.
The only issue we had with the hotel was the location of our rooms. There is a music/dance club located adjacent/above the floor we were placed on and the music did not end until 5AM. No sleep Wednesday evening. Checkout was at 1PM so we did get a couple of hours.
