Personal grosero y mal capacitado, lobby sucio, bote de basura cercano al elevador lleno y sucio. No volvería a ese hotel

The facilities were fine! I loved the pool view, the room was ok definitely - had the best sleep in a while.

I think I would've only added more details in the room so it has a warmer touch.

All the team was really gentle. They answer all my calls. It was a good hotel.

I select this hotel specifically for the pool. That was out of service the whole time I spent there. This was not in any of the email of the information I received. I was really disturb by that. They kept telling me that it would be ready at the end of the week and it was not like that.

Location is great. Most of the staff are very nice. Room facilities were very good. Buffet breakfast is good, I liked the berries and yogurt options. Though they lots of carbs and fat options and little protein. Overall good. Didn’t have time to go to the gym neither the Sky Bar, both sounded very good.

Very noisy neighbors at 1am, bathroom, water running, voices… I could listen to everything… The see-through shower made think about staying with family…

the bathrooms are tiny, no sink in bathrooms they are in the bedroom. no proper closet.
