when I asked to be transferred they didn’t mind. would recommend any room but room 111.

- they gave me room 111 and it was for the disabled, I don’t have any issues with that but the room has no carpet, no hot water and no hot air conditioning, I just feel sad for the disabled that has to rent that room. - as a host, if you know that you have such room, out of respect to the guests, you should tell them you don’t have any rooms, much better then making them stay in that condition at this time of year. - the receipt had penalty that they didn’t mention it to me. - the receipt said the city was not Riyadh, it said I was in some city in Europe for some reason. I hope this is a one time experience and not how they treat guests in general.

Rating is deceiving, its Old, not maintained, uncomfortable bed, noisy, untidy, no shower gel, card didn't work each time i left the room

not recommended to stay here no up grade since ten years problem with showers , safe and furniture staff paid poorly hence no motivation to help customers ! I blame management who are tuning the place treating staff poorly , slave labour
