We enjoyed our time in San Grimignano and had a lovely stay at Il Criollo. Apartment very comfortable. The guys were friendly and check in was a breeze.

Very spacious room with bathroom, well equipped for cooking simple meals. Excellent location with beautiful views. Vincenzo and the other staff were very nice and gracious hosts. We would go back to it.

I liked the location - just under the walls of San Giminiano old town, and the cafe.

The room was very spacious, location right under the old city, and it is attached to a cute coffee shop where you have your breakfast that is included - your choice of pastry and a coffee or juice. The hosts are very nice and there is a feeling of a local neighborhood cafe.

Just perfect, a modern accommodation near the old walls, it takes only a few minutes to arrive in the old town. There is no parking near the house (it is reserved for the clients of the pasticceria, but there is a free parking nearby, just ask the owner for the secret details)

Very good location, just outside of the old city. Good breakfast. Better croissant I´ve ever tasted !!! You will love it. Complete (and big) apartment.

Large independent rooms, with usable kitchen. Ok furniture and bathroom. Nice breakfast from the property's own bakery. The hosts are really nice and accomodating. The town center is reachable in 5' by foot.

Parking space is not available, it is now reserved for the bakery. Road-side room is a bit noisy, even with closed windows. Other than that, all was good.

Very nice, spacious apartment above pasticceria/coffee bar. Table, chairs, sofa, cooking facilities. Friendly staff. Very good value in the center of San Gimignano.

A pasticceria offers only sweets for breakfast. This may be the Italian custom but I would have liked some cheese.

The apartment was great. Just a 3 minute walk outside the San Gimignano gate. Nice balcony with a Tuscany view. Had everything you would need in the apartment to cook or just to enjoy the view. The cafe under had the best croissants I've ever eaten.

We were unclear about breakfast...what was included. That should be made clearer to future guests. We felt one croissant and one coffee was not a well rounded breakfast.

Owners are very friendly! Location is also superb.

Great room in a great location just outside the city. Peace and quiet guaranteed, and the best breakfast in the world awaits downstairs - the croissants are excellent. I highly recommend! No parking problems.

The appartment was quite big and very comfy. Everything was clean and in good condition. The real highlights are the desserts downstairs in the café. Best location to spend the night in San Gimignano!
