The location and the view were good.

It’s an outdated building, the ac did not cool the place whatsoever, the towels in the room are falling apart, the elevator would shut almost immediately.. We did not even bother with the breakfast there.

This is a perfect location for your stay in Guadalajara, in the middle of everything. Make sure to pay to upgrade to a room on the 6th floor, ideally 617 to 621 with a beautiful balcony overseeing the Cathedral, it's worth every penny

The hotel is truly low-cost (and doesn't deserve 3 stars) with an unpleasant breakfast room, smelly bathrooms, many small deficiencies, and lots of young people with the respective noise in the hallways till early in the morning,

The hotel takes minimalism to a new “low.” There is no room for any unpacking. The room contains a bed, a plastic chair, and some minimal shelves. The bed was horrible. It was uncomfortable, had a broken frame, and movement transfer was reminiscent of an earthquake. The view was spectacular, however the noise from construction, motorcycles racing through the square, and random people yelling, singing, etc., made it difficult to sleep. Our room wasn’t all that clean, and the hotel itself is pretty rundown for what you pay for.

Smell in the hallway, six floor( I think they installed new flooring recently and the glue smell. Electronic key to room didn’t work well at the elevator.

The location of the hotel is great, but management needs to pay some attention to details to raise your guest rating. Front desk staff was somewhat helpful, they could of offered guidance to new guest coming to town.

Booked Superior Queen w/balcony. v Room lacked some real easy amenities like Kleenex/Tissues, Hangars (none where in the room/little closet, only 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth (we where 2 persons) also the towels where much used and laundered as the ends started to Frey. Only 2 Pillows on the bed which where very thin like pancakes. **** URGENT ATTENTION*** Also the Smoke Detector was missing from the wall.. Room 306 Siegfried Brunnacker

Great location, in front of the Catedral, steps from restaurants, amenities, tours and shopping if you do not rent a car this may be one of your best options.

Even the parking lot was not at the property, for us it was not a problem
