Nous avons réservé 2 bungalows en face de la piscine comme sur les photos publicitaires de votre site. On nous a donné 2 bungalows devant un mur. Le restaurant n'a jamais été ouvert. Le personnel n'était pas du tout arrangeant. Un véritable catastrophe.

"Heaven, I'm in heaven..." I wanted to sing this about Hong Bin Bungalows every morning. This is my perfect place. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with solid wood furnishings and a very clean and comfortable bed. The staff are so nice and very helpful in the tours and transportation. The setting and architecture are spectacular. I have a room with a balcony that has wonderful views. (See my photo) The pool and the pool area are another highlight. The pool is cleaned daily as is everything else. The complex is set off the main drag, but it is a two minute walk to the shops and restaurants and a two km walk to the night market. I walked there, but you can hire a scooter at the property or take a cab. The price for staying in this piece of paradise is very low. I would say amazingly low.

the charging plugs were not working properly and the guy at reception has a pretty confusing english accent it’s hard to understand him

Location good if you want to take a Grab and particularly a scooter one. There really isn't much scooter Grab at Phu Quoc. If you know how to drive one, you can take one from the hotel. Room really clean. Love the pool.

Staff doesn't speak well and doesn't try much. Bed was bad. You could sense the spring of the bed. Pillows are bad too.
