1. Стаите са студенти, 2 чува се всичко каквото се случва, стените са много тьнки 3. Стаите са семейни и са свьрзани с втрати. Втратите между тях бяха отворени, сьбудих хора когато проверявах какво е 4. Няма пердета и е зле за спане 5. Няма контакти за зареждане на телефон до легло, трябва да станеш и да отидеш до стена

Die Lage am Flughafen ist sehr gut. Der Shuttle-Sevice funktioniert gut.

Die Toilettenspühlung hat nicht funktioniert und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leidet unter der Nähe zum Flughafen. Sehr teuer für Bulgarien.

Free shutle bus to and from the airport always on time especially early in the morning + early breakfast to go! Nice and very professional team + very good food serving from 6PM :)

Номер соответствует стандартам этой сети, хороший, чистый. Завтраки замечательные. Но особый огромный плюс за трансфер - в любое время можно позвонить и приедет микроавтобус заберет из аэропорта (там же конечная станция метро). ни разу не ждали больше 5 минут. Благодаря этому, транспортная доступность - идеальная, а если вам нужно, как нам, рано утром быть в аэропорту - лучше варианта просто нет. Успеете и позавтракать, и спокойно без нервов прибыть на регистрацию. Особая благодарность - 1 марта подарили мартеницы, было очень приятно, в самое сердце)

El que haya estado en un Ibis, ya sabe lo que encontrará, un hotel práctico y funcional. El servicio de traslado hasta y desde el aeropuerto muy bien.

En la descripción pone que hablan español, coincidí con 4 recepcionistas diferentes y ninguno hablaba español. Cenamos en el restaurante, y fatal, precios elevados, no hay opción, o cenas allí o te vas al centro. Servicio muy lento, excesivamente lento para tener una carta no muy extensa y de platos no muy elaborados. Pedimos, entre otras cosas una tabla de quesos, que se trata de cortar 4 quesos y tardaron mas de media hora cuando solo había tres mesas ocupadas. Aparte de que tardaron 20 minutos en decirme que uno de los platos que había pedido estaba agotado.

Я прожил одну ночь и вынужден был сдать номер. Возникла такая необходимость. Мне пришлось заплатить и за вторую ночь. Это не справедливо. Да, я бронировал гостиницу на двое суток, но в жизни бывает всякое. Брать полную стоимость проживания не разумно.

everything went well. The airport shuttle was essential - without it I would not have stayed there. The restaurant food was ok - nothing special. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful.

The food at dinner was mediocre but not terrible. I did appreciate the "to go" breakfast bag since I was leaving before breakfast time.

I loved the water machine in the hall, the staff and the room.

Better maintained rooms, there was some damage and mold around shower

Reception staff very helpful and super friendly.

The free shuttle bus was a very good bonus to make the stay stress free.

Everything was good.

Able to park the car for ten days for a fee whilst we went to Prague and close to the airport.

Had to wait for staff to book us in whilst she had a cigarette. TV and air conditioning didn’t work, one very thin pillow. Will not stay again.

The room is a decent size. I have stayed here several times, so, I know what to expect. The bathroom is clean. There is a desk, good WiFi and places to hang your clothes, as well as a place to put your suitcase. There are even shelves for clothes if you stay for a longer time. This is the best choice for a hotel if you want to be near the airport and to leave your car while you travel. The cost of long lerm parking at the hotel is very competative with other off-site airport parking, plus there is free shuttle service to the airport. I had a very early flight so the hotel provided a "breakfast" for me to take to the airport.

I have found nothing negative about staying at this hotel.

The staff are excellent. Their English is perfect. The free shuttle to the airport was very quick. Because of Bulgarian COVID-19 regulations I had to travel to the airport by taxi (it was free) and taxis cannot have more than two passengers. There were 5 of us needing transport to the airport at 5:00 (we were unrelated and from different rooms). That meant three taxis. I was the last one to get a taxi and the total time from requesting transport to arriving at the airport was about 15 minutes. My room (521) faced the airport runway but I could not hear any noise from the airport. The curtains was thick and covered the window completely.

If you suffer from light apnea you will have to turn off the heating/air conditioning system and cover the TV with a towel.

navetta dell'hotel ci è venuta a prendere all'arrivo in aeroporto. Vicinissimo all'aeroporto per arrivi in tarda serata o di notte, come nel nostro caso, specie se poi ci si deve spostare in altra destinazione. Hotel stiloso e smart, letto molto comodo e colazione molto buona in una bella e ampia sala. Doccia ampia. Recepionist disponibili.

Non c'era il frigo in camera, per noi non era un problema, ma se richiesto lo portano. Camera non molto ampia nella versione standard. Se la destinazione della vacanza o del lavoro è Sofia sicuramente abbastanza distante.
