Friendly and helpful staff. Great position on the river and you are able to take a boat trip from the hotels jetty.

Breakfast was large with lots of food just served to you and I felt that quite a bit of it was wasted as not what everyone wants to eat.

Breakfast did not reach the standard I expected Full English - not served hot. Hainan chicken - dry and very poor quality.

The room was clean and the view of the River and temple is top notch.

They charged for €70 per bottle of water. most luxury hotels and resorts simply provide it for free.

Get the river view rooms, they are spacious with a fantastic view.

Room Design not well cut for storage. Air Condition is too humid. Humidity in the rooms. Expensive food for small portions. No breakfast buffet. room keys are very unsecure and old school. Locking mechanism is not safe. Security of rooms is not good.

The entrance and the view from room 12. was very pleasant and attractive. especially the walk to the restaurant. breakfast was so good

the water in our room 12 was old to begin with. The pool was nice but disappointing.

The food was very average and I believe needs urgent attention. tour groups in buses attend the hotel restaurant by the river for a drink and this interferes with guests. We went to the rooftop bar and it was full of visitors and we could not get a seat. For the amount of money we paid for our room the hotel was not very private. beds are comfortable but very low to the floor.

The location is excellent, an oasis in the middle of a busy town, with excellent views over the river. Lovely rooftop bar with aircon, nice cocktails and great view.

The food at the restaurant was very disappointing; overpriced, undercooked, overcooked and underwhelming. Not what you expect from a hotel like this. Most of the staff didn’t have a good command of English so hard to communicate.

The room was stylish as was the hotel. Location was good for exploring Ayutthaya and the hotel itself overlooks the river and a Wat which made for a beautiful backdrop for dinner and breakfast. The food at the hotel is amazing, seriously. Breakfast was superb. Stay here.

The pool did not meet our expectations.

The room with a private pool was fantastic, but even without that we enjoyed our stay immensely.

No drinks/ food after 9:30. At 10:00 the restaurant closes. The outside cement and wooden floors at the pool suite is very slippery
