Second time staying at Skyline using host Flying Butler. Second time I've been left standing outside at 11pm because of lack of building access. First time it was because they'd sent me the wrong key locker code. This time it's because there was no key in the outside locker. They knew that there was no key hours before I arrived and did nothing to ensure I could access the building. Phone line takes an age to action anything useful, every query is escalated and phone line hold music is the norm.

Great location

Chose this for location only. It was perfect for my business purposes. Stones throw from shopping centre. Had apartment with balcony.

Did not book parking as had free parking elsewhere. There were parking notices but did not specify anything about unloading so parked up to offload luggage and we used bathroom as had a long journey to get there. 15 minutes later went down to move car only to find a parking ticket for £100! I am awaiting updates from Flying Butler/Booking.com. Could not get key go from outside key box without help of staff. Tried to put fob back in but to no avail! No staff available over the weekend from Friday afternoon to at least 8:30 Monday morning. Milk mini cartons were ‘off’ which wasted one of the three tea bags! No coffee supplied. 2 brown, 2 white sugars. I understand they are complimentary and to get you started but for a four night stay for two people would have expected a little more.
