Beautiful property with lots off added touches
Lovely furnishings and good little touches tv throughout properties sky tv was a bonus close to all shops easy car parking would of loved to stay longer

VERY DISSAPOINTING .. SORRY FOR CAPITAL LETTERS .NOT SHOUTING JUST FORGOT .
THE ELECTRIC TOWEL RAIL DRIED THE TOWELS .. WE WERE GIVEN ONE HAND TOWEL TWO BATH TOWELS AND MANY BATH MATS ??? THE WATER WAS HOT .GOOD SIZE BATH .GOOD SIZE ROOMS ..
WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE STATED TIME WE COULD NOT GET IN .. ANSWER MACHINE AND NO ONE TO SPEAK TO. FOR SEVERAL CALLS .. THEN WAS TEXT BACK . THEN SEVERAL MORE TEXT BACK AS NO KEY IN KEY BOX .. THEN GIVEN ANOTHER BOX NUMBER .. THE HOUSE DOOR WAS VERY STIFF AND HARD TO OPEN .THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR WAS DIRTY AND FULL OF COBWEBS .IT TOOK US ABOUT AN HOUR TO GET INTHE FLAT ..WITH WAITING FOR THE ANSWERS/ MESSAGES .. I FELT THE STAIRS UP TO THE EVES FLAT WERE NOT SAFE AS THEY WERE VERY STEEP AND NARROW .. IF I HAD KNOWN THIS WAS AN EVES FLAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE FLAT /NO MENTION OF STEEP STAIRS/EVES FLAT IN DETAILS . THE FLAT WAS VERY DARK WITH DIM LIGHTS . THERE WAS NO WORKING LOCK ON THE DOOR AND IT WAS OPEN !!.. KITCHEN/LOUNGE FLOOR WAS DIRTY.LOTS OF CRUMBS/LUMPS UNDER THE SETTEE .. AS THERE WAS NO WORKING LOCK ON THE DOOR WE TEXT THE OWNER AGAIN .. WHO SAID YOU ARE QUITE SAFE AS NO ONE ELSE IN THE BUILDING ? WE DID NOT WANT TO STAY IN AN UNLOCKABLE FLAT ..THE OWNER SAID TRY THE FLAT BELOW .. NUMBER 2 . SO WE WENT TO FLAT NUMBER 2.. NO BATHROBES .NO SLIPPERS . NO SHOWER GEL ..SHOWER HOSE LEAKED SO NO POWER TO THE SHOWER HEAD . VERY SMALL SHOWER SCREEN SO THE WATER FROM THE LEAKY HOSE WENT ALL OVER THE FLOOR ... NOT MUCH CULTLERY .. STAINS ON THE SETTEE .. BEDROOM LIGHTS DID NOT WORK .. ONE BEDSIDE LIGHT DID NOT WORK . WIFI LOGGIN WAS INCORRECT .STAIR LIGHT IN HALLWAY OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR DID NOT WORK . ROLLER BLIND IN KITCHEN DID NOT WORK .. SASH WINDOWS WERE HARD TO OPEN .IN EVERY ROOM ..VERY DIRTY FULL OF COBWEBS .OUTSIDE AND IN. AND SOME GAPS WHERE THE WINDOWS SHOULD OF CLOSED.. IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM THAT NO SLIPPERS ECT .BUT IT IS A PROBLEM WHEN DISCRIPTIONS ARE VERY MISLEADING .. I DO WONDER WHO WROTE THE REVIEWS FOR THE PLACE . MY DAUGHTER LIVES IN BASINGSTOKE AND WE NEED TO STAY NOW QUITE OFTEN TO VISIT HER .. BUT NOW I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TRUST ANY REVIEWS/BOOKING.COM OR PLACES TO STAY IN ?

Superb
Accommodation is as described, we stayed in the Ashley suite. Would highly recommend this place. The host was great in communication and provided clear instructions.
As the Ashley suite is situated on the ground floor and the front of the flat looks out onto the main road, there is quite a lot of noise from outside.

Well appointed accommodation (Ashley Suite)
We were staying in the Ashley Suite, which was a two bedroomed ground floor apartment. The apartment was well appointed and had everything needed for our weekend stay visiting family. Ample off-street parking available. Dog friendly. We would definitely use again when in Basingstoke visiting family. Much more comfortable than staying in a Travelodge!.
You could hear quite a bit of footfall from the apartment above and the grill tray in the oven could possibly do with being replaced as we found it quite rusty. A small coffee table near the comfy chairs would be a bonus as well as some hanging space in the smaller bedroom, as there was no where to hang clothes in this room.

Poor communication, lightbulb blown in 2nd bedroom and batteries in remote damaged, although requested, were not replaced.

Lovely stay would definitely stay again
The location was ideal, could walk into town in just a few minutes, lovely and spacious clean apartment host also very helpful
